Special Instructions for filing:
If the appeal is insurance company then they should deposit Rs.25,000/- or fifty percent of the amount so awarded, whichever is less.
No appeal shall lie against an award of a Claims Tribunal if the amount in dispute in the appeal is less than ten thousand rupees.
