Monthly quota for consumption fixed at 12,625 (P) plus 126 (L) Kw with penal consequences in view of power cut - Subsequently another notification was issued introducing 75% power cut reducing weekly quota to 1425 units . It is also directed that daily consumption shall not exceed 1/7 th of the weekly quota - consumption of entire quota for the month within few days is contrary to the restriction - penalty imposed is correct.
