| FIRST CORE GROUP MEETING JUNIOR JAYCEES NONESTCOST CHAPTER January 22, 2002 |

| The first Core Group Meeting of the Junior Jaycess-NONESCOST Chapter started at around 4:30 p.m with JC Alfredo Maranon, III, President, JC Vivencio Flores, EVP, JC Joey Fuentesfina, VP External, JC Kit Elton Pilla, BOD Member, JC John Beldia, MEMBER and 22 recruits in attendance. The College President, DR. Mac Arthur D. Beldia, was invited to Welcome the Sagay "Sigay" Jaycees and the Junior Jaycees to NNSCST. After that, JC President Alfredo Maranon III gave a brief background on what the Junior Chamber of the Philippines are, their history, nature and purpose. He was followed by the EVP Vivencio Flores who talked on the opportunities that the members can avail and the Jaycees can offer to its members. In order to clarify question from the recruits, the floor was opened for the open forum that was well participated by the recruits. Question ranged from the benefits that can be derived from becoming a Junior Jaycee to project/program implementation. The participation of the recruits during the Open Forum made an impression on the positive response of the recruits to the Jaycees and was perceived as a manifestation of their stong interest into becomig Junior Jaycees. The meeting adjourned at 5:25 p.m and a group picture taking followed. |
