Patrick and I met at the Well, which was the local hangout at the time (now it's the POINT) sigh, loser name, but there's a starbucks and a subway so it's not too bad, anyway, we met when he was working and I was playing cards with Doug it was bound to happen seeing as after that I made it my mission to get to the well as often as possible, which Patrick was happy with because he wanted me there too, I just didn't know it at the time.
after we met we made it a point to hang out together a lot and developed something called "difficult questions" in order to get to know each other better. one day after the security gaurd (Dave) had kicked us out, we went to hangout in the post office and Patrick kept giving me these odd looks.
anyway, shortly after that Patrick and I laid down some rules, one of which being I wasn't really ready to call him my "boyfriend" yet, even thought that's what he was. a friend of his was having problems with his girlfriend and Patrick thought he could tell his problems with me to this friend (who shall remain nameless). anyway this friend gave Patrick a hard time saying, "now you know what it's like to have a girlfriend who can't commit." when Patrick told me that, it was all I needed to Commit to being Patrick's Girlfriend, and now Wife.
