| Well, it's about time I updated this thing. Not much has changed except now Patrick and I have prayed about it, and rather than go to Europe, we've been given an opertunity to work at a new college opening up in Nyahururu, Kenya and we've decided to pack up all our lives that were here in Saskatchewan and move back home to save money to go. It's exciting but also a little scary and we're praying for courage and God has shown us a lot of encouragement and has blessed us through some of the people here at the college. | other friends blessed us by cooking us dinner! It's so great to live in a small town where everyone knows and blesses everyone! Patrick and I have been in a small group this past year with a few other married couples. we've been going through Titus and getting to know each other through-out the year. It's been a real encouragement to watch other couples grow together and grow spiritually sound. (Patrick and I are still working on it) We've been packing for the past two weeks and have slowly watched our Trailer empty of all our stuff as we moved it into moosejaw. And we've been trying to filter out, what we'll need this summer and what we'll need when we go to Africa in August which is a long drawn out process... There's a lot we still need to to but God is so good to us, and we know that he'll provide courage and strength and guidance when we need it most! |
