This web is being built by Safary Wa-Mbaleka. This is a personal web. I am putting this web page together so that I can store information related to my family and my domain of language acquisition as well as education. I am originally from Democratic Republic of Congo where I studied from elementary school to my undergraduate level. I taught French and English languages for two years and half in Congo, and I taught English to international students in the Philippines for a few months. In 2001 I graduated with an MA in Educational Administration, and got a wife for my graduation present. Currently (2005) I'm focusing on my doctoral studies in Educational Curriculum and Instruction with the focus area in Applied Linguistics, and at the same time working on another master's degree in Educational Technology. My wife Gimylin and I have two children: Jun Bart (3 years) and Lisa (almost 1) (update as of March 2005) |
