Team Building Course & Objectives
This 2 1/2 day course is intended to help your people develop these valuable workplace skills during a enjoyable and interesting  simulated survival situation:

*  Resource Management
* Confidence Building

The Team Building Survival Course follows this schedule:

Day One --  Your group attends the Basic Survival Cirriculum Course covering the 7 critical survival essentials.  They overnight at the training area.

Day Two --  There is a review of the previous day's material with a special emphasis placed on wilderness first aid and team communication issues.

Day Two --  Noon.  At noon, the group is divided into teams.  Each team is then assigned an area of operation where they will  overnight and be given  specific tasks to accomplish between their drop off time and when the exercise ends at noon the next day.

The individual teams are graded on how well they perform assigned tasks as a group. SR will provide a written summary  of each team's performance for your training or human resources department if requested.

Day Three --  At noon,  each team is critiqued and the winning team is chosen based on their scores.  Departure is shortly after noon.
Important Notes About This Training:

1. This is not military-style training. Students are never harrassed or placed in physical jeopardy.  Our sole purpose is to enhance your employee's mental and teamworking abilities.  Physical abilities are not a factor. 

2. During all phases of this training, your employees are under constant supervision, even at night in their camping areas.  Each team is supplied with two-way radios with which to contact their instructor if necessary.

3.  In the event of a medical emergency,  the instructor is a career emergency medical technician and excellent medical facilities are within a ten minute drive.
Attendance & Tuition Information

*  Minimum group size is 6,  maximum group size 12.

*  Rates are quoted based on group size, and any special dietary considerations.
