WELLNESS
AT THE WORKPLACE:
It makes good business sense to favor
high productivity, low absenteeism and lower health costs.
Additionally, enhanced mood that comes with a sense of well-being
enriches the workplace environment. To this end, more and more
employers today are exploring ways to reduce stress, rejuvenate and
invigorate employees and reduce employee health care costs.
SEATED
CHAIR MASSAGE at the workplace can help your business do just
that.
Onsite
chair massage available for business locations.
Under the
fast-paced, time pressured conditions of today's office space, to
work your best, you must feel your best.
A relaxed person
whose mind is free to think clearly is at their best. A chair massage
produces relaxation that energizes the body. Fatigue leaves,
eyestrain decreases, aches are alleviated, vitality returns.
What
is chair massage? Simply put, the client sits fully clothed in a
comfortable specially designed chair. A licensed massage therapist
uses a variety of techniques, designed to combat stress related to
work and travel. The therapist can help combat common office ailments
including lower back pain, stiff neck, muscle spasms, fatigue,
headaches, and even job-related Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
