ERL has contributed Rs 265 Thousand towards the cost of 1000 units of eco-friendly non-iodine water purifiers to  meet drinking water requirement of 1000 families devastated by Earthquake in Gujrat specially in Bhuj area.The water purifying devices are suitable to meet the environmental challenges of Bhuj area.The offer has been made to the chairperson Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, Mrs. Sonia Gandhi in response to her clarion call given to ensure the indiscriminated relief operation of earthquake victims.     
 
 

WHAT IS GUJRAT EARTHQUAKE? 

Gujrat is a state in India where an earthquake occured on the 26th of january.The whole state is ruined by the earthquake with around 1 lakh people dying.Thousands have been robbed of their loved ones and belongings by the nature.There is distress and cry everywhere in the state and people are looking anciously to there fellow human beings for help. 
 

WHAT KIND OF PROBLEMS ARE THE VICTIMS FACING?

The Victims are left homeless and are facing a huge problem to fullfill their basic amenities such as drinking water.The water which is coming in the taps is not pure & safe due to which dangerous diseases are being caused.
 

HOW CAN YOU HELP IN THIS PROBLEM?

You & Our Organisation can join hands to solve the problem of drinking water of the Earthquake victims by sponsoring  water filters(for details on filter see our product section) and distribute them free of cost to the victims. 

WHAT IS THE AMOUNT TO SPONSOR?

You can sponsor any amount considering 2$/filter as your contibution and the remaining  4$/filter as our contribution for the victims.

HOW WILL THE VICTIMS COME TO KNOW OF YOUR DONATIONS?

The filters which will be distributed among them will contain your name and our organisations name enabling them to know who have come forward to help them.

CAN YOU PARTICULARLY SELECT A VILLAGE OR AREA FOR THE FILTERS TO BE DISTRIBUTED IN?

Yes,you can select a particular city,village,or district for the donated filters to be distributed in.

HOW WILL YOU COME TO KNOW TO WHOM AND WHEN ARE THE FILTERS DISTRIBUTED?

There is a feedback form which will be filled by our organisations representatives displaying the required data which will be e-mailed to you on the e-mail address which you will provide.
