After the death of his parents, Natsuo (Tsuyoshi) held the responsibility running the family bicycle shop and taking care of his family. Although he was only 21 he behaved like a stubborn Uncle with all his philosophy of life. He falls in love with Yuki (Ryoko Hirosue), unaware of her heart problem. Their relationship developed when she learnt diving from him but was not approved by Yuki's father. When Yuki's conditions getting worst, Natsuo was lost… he has to break his promise of bringing her to see the summer snow.
