First start off sending your 4 probes to gather minerals. Build one new probe from the start. Send your new probe to gather minerals and build another when you have the minerals. Keep building probes and minerals until you get to your 9th probe. Put 3 more to build after this one is built. Send the probe to your entrance (easier to have only 1) and build a pylon a little bit before the entrance. After once this is built you should have a few minerals. Build a Forge away from the enterance but using the same Pylon, then build a Gateway above that. Place two rows of cannons over the entrance and send your probe to build Assimilators. For every 1 Assimilator I like to have 3 probes mining gas. Build the probes after your assimilators are finished and send your probe back the the enterance. By now you should have been rushed, replace any cannons and build probes to mine gas. As the probes are in progress you should be racking up minerals. Build a Cybernetics Core above the Gateway. build some more pylons in a row above the first one you built. Then build 5 more probes and tell them to gather minerals. Start building a Stargate, Citadel of Adun, and Robotics Facility. Build a Fleet Beacon after the first stargate is done and increase the carrier's interceptor ammount. Build the stargates to the far outside and the smaller Cital of Adun and the Robotics Facility inside of them. I make 6 starports total. Next make the Templar Achives and Observatory. Do this before making all the stargates. Make an Arbiter Tribunal too.you should be kind of low on minerals and psi. So make an arbiter and obersver if you can then make pylons. Around the time your arbiter arrives you should be done making the pylons. Make alot of psi you need 10 carriers for an attack and more to defend your base if you wish. Remember for every Carrier you need a pylon. I make all the buildings in a row so pylons also progress as you progress. Send the arbiter to the front of your line. Build carriers as you can and send them next to your arbiter. This helps defend off attacks as you build your carriers. By this point the enemy should have a well established base and some scouts or something to attack. The best thing about the arbiter is that it cloaks your carriers until it dies. Once you have 10 carriers, an arbiter, and an observer decide which enemy is closest to you or which one you want to attack. You should be able to get through the first attack without losing your arbiter. It helps to attack from the side. If you are facing Protoss remember no pylons no power. If you are facing zerg and you get to there base from the side take out the Hydralisk den first. Then just let your interceptors destroy whatever you want. This allow you to attack them and not be able to build something that can attack you as fast. Terran are hardest because seige tanks can blow your defense early. Also when you are attacking you can get disabled and left to die. Thats when the arbiter helps to cloak you. You should be able to take out their defense's fast. After the Defense kill the Barracks and then the control center if nothing is attacking you.
Alternatives - Instead of building starports you can build Gateways and build zealots and dragoons from the start. This is great for defense and attack once you get alot of guys (I find the carrier attack more effective since you dont have to attack from the front). Archons are also great. Wether you want to attack from the air or the ground it depends on your layout or you can combine the two. Either way watch out for that rush (comps always rush) and that protoss are the most powerful depending on how you use them. Lastly if the comp spreads his base to the middle (most maps there is a center) Attack there main base cause thats where their main buildings are. I just have second bases to collect minerals faster.
