Chapter 1
-The first step in gaining rank is to attain a castle permit. You then need to gain about 15,000 marks and head to the Royal Court with at least 10 quests remaining. Bribe the guard until he lets you inside, and pull the task bar on the left down until the Petition bar says 10,000. You will then attain the rank of
Knight and can travel in and out of the castle whenever you please.
-Gaining rank from here on out takes time and devotion. You have to mingle in the royal court until someone tells you Perhaps you should see the Queen. After that all you need to do is give her a small amount of money, and you will gain each successive rank. Keep in mind that it may take days of mingling to gain the higher ranks. Giving the queen money will make it go a bit quicker, but do not use it as a primary method. She does keep track of how much money you have given her.
Chapter 2
-Gaining Charm: The best way to gain Charm is by mingling in the Royal Court. You can also gain Charm by trading, feeding creatures, flirting, and using Trader Skills. Keep in mind that successful trading, flirting and feeding depends on Charm, so it is a trade off.
-Gaining Wits: The best way to gain Wits is by questing in the Docks. You can also gain Wits by successfully answering riddles correctly, finding new places to adventure, and using Mage skills. Again, success is dependent on ones current Wits attribute, so it is also a trade off.
-Gaining Guts: This is a bit trickier. Gaining Guts is done by successfully defeating enemies more powerful than yourself. There is no sure-fire way to do so, but Berserking and using blast powder can increase your chances. It has been discovered that the best places to gain Guts are the Goblin Mounds and Shangala.
-Gaining Guild Skills: To gain guild skills, you must travel to the Adventurers Guild in the Forests. You must first join the guild by donating 4,000 marks. Afterwards, the first skill is free. Each successive skill cost 1,000 more marks than the last. An adventurer can only have one skill per level.
-Warrior skills give you the opportunity to Berserk after the initial round with a monster. Multiple Warrior skills will help adventurers dispel effects when they start a new day such as sickness and sleeping in. (-2 Wits; -2 Charm)
-Mage skills allow an adventurer to Mesmerize enemies, and can help out a bit when attempting to resist a Mesmerize. (-2 Guts; -2 Charm)
-Trader skills allow adventurers to Backstab or Swindle certain enemies. This skill also aids adventurers when they run from enemies. (-2 Guts; -2 Wits)
-Gaining Ieatsu: To gain Ieatsu, an adventurer must first attain a Bushido Token. You must also have an open guild slot before you attempt to learn this skill. Once you have both, a Samurai will give you the option to give him the token. If he finds you worthy, he will teach you the skill.(-3 Guts; -3 Wits; -3 Charm)
Chapter 3
To join a clan you must go to the Clan Hall inside the Castle. Enter the name of the clan you wish to join into the spot for it and press enter. Now click on the Make it so box, and Petition. The following day, the leader of the clan will get your petition in the mail and choose whether or not you are worthy to be in his/her clan. One more day later you should receive his response in the mail. Now you must select the Grant to join in your inventory and click on use button.

Chapter 5
The Dragon Court mailing system is a way for characters to interact. To use it, go to the Post Office inside the castle and click on the mail button at the bottom. Select the items you wish to mail and tell the postman who he should send it to. Then mail it. You can send letters by using Pen and Paper and typing up short notes. It takes one day for anything to travel by mail, and at least two days to receive any replies.
Chapter 6
Storage is not a necessity for beginning characters. Once you reach level 13 you should begin to consider putting you equipment in storage before you go to sleep. If you dont, the equipment may rust and be permanently damaged. Storage costs the same amount of money to use as it does to take stuff out. Make sure you have enough money to get what you need out the next day before you put it away.
