TV ships...
A few of my 'ships' in TV shows. Yes, this does include anime...
DL [CSI: NY]
1xR [Gundam Wing/AC]

For the clueless...
So for those of you who don't know what a 'ship' is... Well I believe it is derived from the word relationship. A ship is when you really like a couple/pair of people in a certain book, movie, TV show, etc. So people who like Ron and Hermione from Harry Potter 'ship' RxH. People who like Harry and Ginny 'ship' HxG. Some ships have specific names instead of just the first initials with an 'x' in the middle. Such as... Spuffy. Spike and Buffy from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. People usually only choose this if it sounds good. From what I have observed, these ships usually have the males names/initials first, but it does happen the other way around.
In some anime there is such thing as boyxboy or girlxgirl relationships. The former is called Yaoi and the latter is called Yuri if I'm not mistaken. Excuse the spelling if it's wrong. =P I'm not an expert on this kind of thing as I usually only like opposite gender relationships. This does happen in English TV shows, books, etc, as well because I know quite a few people who ship Harry and Draco from the Harry Potter books, but I don't think they are called 'yaoi' in English. Anywho, boyxboy and girlxgirl relationships can be shipped as friendships or more than friendships. So a 'ship' is pretty much just a relationship. There are probably a whole lot more about 'ships' but I don't know much about them. I just know the basics, and what they are. So... Enjoy. =)
Oh yes, and an important note. I do know that quite a few people ship different things, and I highly suggest that no one get immature if another likes something opposite from what you do. Harry and Hermione shippers always seem to 'battle' against Ron and Hermione shippers. Some get very childish and start calling each other names. Everyone has different opinions and everybody should respect them. If someone else tries to argue about it, ignore them. If you reply and start a petty argument, this will only prove how immature the both of you are. So, stay mature and remember to have respect others that think differently. =)
