Rob Van Dam puts his title on the line in his second ever defence, right here on Raw!

We then find out that it is in fact Rowdy Roddy Piper and Sean O�Haire. Piper signals to cut the music and to start playing his, bag pipes bellow out of the PA system much to the annoyance of the millions in the seats. The assistants at ringside began to set up the ring for the Highlight Reel,the Jeritron 5000 is lowered in place. Piper and Ohaire roll under the bottom rope and get into the ring. Piper grabs a microphone][
Piper: Ah shut your faces, you idiots, you don�t know a true competitor when you see one. You can forget the Highlight reel because it aint happen while Hot Rod is in the ring. Everybody knows that Y2 Jackass� Highlight Reel is a spoof of my show with a bigger budget! Look at this good damn flat screen TV, I don�t need this piece of crap, take it away�.

Before I introduce my guest, I�ve been hearing the same god damn question�s since last week�s main event? Rowdy why are you here? Hot Rod what�s the deal with you and Sean O�Haire? We�ll I�ll answer them. I�m here firstly because of this man right here�. The Future of this company, Sean O�Haire! The last few weeks this kid has been turning heads, and now that he�s got the required experience under his belt, let�s face it he�s running this brand! He proclaimed himself to be the Future two weeks ago and rightly so. Piper: Now to a certain extend me being here right now has a little to do with Vince McMahon, he had to give the word go on my full time return and I appreciate that. Hot Rod wanted a little fun, and I had my fun last week watching Sean O�Haire beat the living crap out of Chris Jericho in an all out fight. Yeah I should have been out there ref�in the match, but I gave Sean O�Haire the advantage. He knew how it was going to go down last week and he went straight for the kill. Later on when I came down to ring and the main event could be distinguished between a fight and a sanctioned match I was cheated out of my role by Nick Patrick. Now I�ve heard people say how I was an un-fair ref, how I was blind at some points in the match�. You know what I say to that�.YOUR DAMN RIGHT! I despise everything there is about Chris Jericho, as does Sean O�Haire�. Patrick you got everything you deserved last Monday night, as did you Y2J. I hope it didn�t hurt too much when you had the steel chair drilled into your forehead! Last week was just the start of the bigger picture Chris with Piper and O�Haire coming after you, you don�t stand a chance son!

Sean O�Haire and Piper doing a number on Mick Foley!... an electric Piper�s Pit�. Wait a second Chris Jericho is sprinting down to the ring.. Chris Jericho in the ring, he spins Sean O�haire around. Reeling away with punches left and right� Sean Ohaire backed onto the ropes� clothesline over the top rope. Piper is legging it out of the ring.
King: Jericho wasn�t willing to watch the beat down, especially after the verbal assault by Hot Rod! Chris Jericho telling both of them to step back into the ring. Piper was right this is just the start of something!

[Mark Henry is making his way down to the ring. Theodore Long is right there with him. Mark finally makes it to the ring and is awaiting the monster Brock Lesnar.]
Off The Hook Pain- F5 Fury
[Here comes the monster Brock Lesnar. We are moments from the battle of the beasts. Brock walks out and bounces around from foot to foot under the spotlight. Brock rotates his shoulders and walks to the ring focused on the task put in front of him. Brock leaps to the ring apron as pyros explode.]
Coach: The bell has sounded and this match is under way. The two man lock up with Mark Henry push Brock back into the turnbuckle. Mark goes to punch Brock but he ducks and sends Mark Henry into the turnbuckle. Brock is now thrusting his shoulder into Mark Henry's midsection. Brock now starts to stomp on him and Henry is down in the corner. Brock now hits him with left and right hands. Brock backs up and motions for Mark Henry to get up.
King: Mark Henry is up and charges at Brock. Brock knees him in the gut and then nails him with a belly to belly suplex. Brock is showing his amazing stregth. Brock now mounts Mark Henry and starts hittinh him with closed fist. Theodore Long is on the ring apron trying to tell the ref. Brock has grabbed Theodore by the shirt and pulls him in. Brock now puts Theodore across his shoulders and nails an F5 on him to the outside of the ring.
Coach: Mark Henry is not up and goes for clothesline Brock, but he ducks and Mark nails the ref. The ref is down and Brock hits Mark in the back and hits a back suplex on him. Brock is now rolling out of the ring. Brock is grabbing a chair and is now back in the ring. Oh my God Brock has just rammed that chair into Mark Henry's throat. Mark is grabbing it in pain as Brock may have crushed his throat. Brock is now repeatdly nailing Mark in the head with the chair. Brock slides the chair to the outside and MArk Henry is busted open bad as blood pours from his head.
King: This is a savage beating and needs to be stopped. Brock has now thrown Mark Henry to the outside. He picks Mark Henry up and punches him a few times. He then lifts Mark Henry up across his shoulders and F5 him on the barricade. That could have broken some ribs. Brock now puts him across his shoulders again and F5 the big man into the ring post. This is the monster Brock was talking about.
Coach: Brock puts Mark back in the ring as the ref is coming to. Brock then hooks Mark Henry up into the Brocklock, but he is out of it and cannot tap. The ref crawls over to Henry and raises his arm once and it drops. He raises it for a second time and it drops. The ref raises it one more time and it drops for the third time. The ref calls for the bell, but Brock does not release the hold. After a few minutes Brock releases and his music hits. He goes to the ropes to leave but then turns around. He gets Mark Henry to his feet and grabs another chair. Brock then rams the chair into Mark's knee and Mark falls in pain. Brock then leaves the ring with a sadistic grin on his face.

Triple Threat Ruling
The Rock vs. Booker T vs. Chris Jericho

Coach: We are now getting set for this second match of the evening as we are watching the rock walk to the ring. The rock is the first one in the ring for this triple threat match here tonight. This ought to be a very good match, seeing as we have three of the best guys on the raw roster in this very match tonight.

King: And here comes the always confident Booker t as he is walking to the ring and getting ready to square off with the rock and chris Jericho.

Coach: Here comes the newest member to the Raw Brand, chris Jericho. He put on a hell of a show last week and we�ll see this week if he can do the same thing. He is in the ring now and there is the bell signaling that this match is now underway. Chris Jericho and the rock immediately go to blows and start punching the hell out of each other. Booker is standing back and watching these two work on each other. Jericho goes off the ropes and comes at the rock but the rock ducks and and Jericho receives a back body drop from the rock. The rock then decides to begin stomping on Jericho repeatidly. While the rock is stomping, Booker comes up from behind and hits the rock with a few elbows to the back of his head. The rock gets spun around and booker and the rock tie up, booker gets thrown off the ropes and the rock nails a vicious running clothesline which knocks booker to the outside of the ring. The Rock then begins to work on Jericho again but Jericho blocks another kick and gets up and starts punching the rock. Jericho grabs the rocks hand and throws him off the ropes and Jericho nails a running dropkick to the rock. Rock falls to the mat and rolls to the outside of the ring. Jericho bounces off the ropes and SUICIDE DIVE to the outside onto the rock. Both of these men are down and booker is beginning to come to his feet and he is now standing in the middle of the ring all alone. Jericho slowly makes his way to his feet and now these two are squaring off in the middle of the ring.
King: Look at this. Jericho runs at booker and nails a flying forearm to booker and sends him to the mat and Jericho is standing over booker. Jericho helps booker up but booker pushes Jericho away. Booker is dazed now and Jericho runs and BULLDOG which lays booker out in the middle of the ring. Jericho runs and jumps off the ropes. LIONSAULT to booker and Jericho pins. 1������2�����the rock just came flying from out of nowhere and broke up this pinning combination. That was pure will to not lose from the rock. He saved this match. I think Jericho may have had this one won. The rock pulls Jericho to his feet and begins punching him. Jericho is fighting back now and both men are exchanging punches back and forth. The rock gets the advantage and he swings his hand back and look at that, he spits on his hand and smacks Jericho up and over the top rope and to the outside of the ring. The rock is turning around only to be met by a side leg kick by booker t out of no where. Booker t now has the rock on the mat and he is on his knee. Booker pulls the rock up and grabs his arm and steps under and nails the rock with a back kick to the face and the rock hits the mat again. The rock is down and Jericho is on the top rope. FLYING DROP KICK to booker t and booker goes to the mat hard and all three men are now down in the middle of the ring. The ref begins to count. 1��������2��������3��������4 The ref is now to 4 and Jericho is starting to move a little bit. 5��������6��������7��������8. The ref is now on 8 but Jericho has gotten to his feat as has the rock. Both men are feeling the effects of the match thus far. Jericho goes sprinting at the rock, but the rock dodges and goes over his back and comes back and as he lands on the other side of Jericho, he grabs his head and drops him with a DDT.
Coach: This is a surprisingly fast paced match we are witnessing here tonight. Booker is now to his feet and the rock meets him with a clothesline that sends booker to the outside. Jericho has gotten to his feet though and he runs at the rock, but the rock picks him up and nails a spinebuster slam to the rock in the middle of the ring. The rock looks up and kicks jerichos shoulder over. The rock takes off his arm pad and sends it into the crowd. The rock goes off one rope and jumps over Jericho, but wait a second, as the rock was jumping over Jericho, Jericho grabbed his leg, and just like that Jericho has locked in the walls of Jericho onto the rock. The rock is writhing in pain as Jericho is not letting go. The rock cant get to the rope and he is about to tap��out of nowhere another side leg kick to Jericho by booker t. Booker came from nowhere and saved this match for him. The rocks hand was coming down to tap and booker stopped that from happening. The rock is now on the ground holding his knee and Jericho is starting to get up. Jericho is to his feet, but he is bent over and holding his stomach. Wait, here it is, booker is off the ropes and SCISSORS KICK right to the back of Jericho. Jericho flys through the bottom rope and to the outside. The rock has gotten up and charges at booker. Booker isn�t caught off guard though, as he spins around and catches the rock. BOOK END. The rock just received bookers finisher that resembles the rock bottom. Booker is going to the top rope. HARLEM HANGOVER. We have not seen that move in a long time. Booker just did a flip into a leg drop from the top rope. Booker pins the rock�1�����2�����3. Booker t has just pinned the rock and gotten the victory here tonight on raw.
][We go backstage and we see Trish Stratus arriving at the arena, she is carrying a sport�s bag. She walks down the corridor presumably looking for RVD�s locker room, as she turns down a corridor she stops and stares at someone. This someone then walks into the shot of the camera, we see it is Vince McMahon][
Mr. McMahon: I see you took me up on my offer to come to Raw?
Trish Stratus: Well yeah why not, Rob and I are good friends and he wants my support in his title defence,
Mr. McMahon: Wants your support huh? Far be it from me to say he�s after anything else, because you aren�t that type of girl right Trish� ha ha
Trish Stratus: I don�t have time for this, even if it were more than friendship It has nothing to do with you Vince�
Mr. McMahon: Just before you go, I�ve been thinking about Rob Van Dam�s request at making this match an ECW rules match, hell if he wants to face that psycho Credible in that kind of environment then so be it. You run along and tell lover boy the good news�
][Trish just stomps off annoyed at Vince�s attitude towards her, Vince continues walking when he then bumps into Justin Credible. Credible has the Hardcore championship strapped around his waist and a sick smile across his face. Vince McMahon looks a little scared and stutters his words][
Mr. McMahon: Goo� good luck for tonight Justin, I�ll be keeping a close eye on your match�.
Credible: ECW rules huh? Perhaps now I can get the true RVD out of his shell� ha ha ha�.
][With that Credible walks past McMahon muttering something to himself. Vince just looks relieved that he�s gone][

Coach: Well folks now we have the first ever tag team titles match on RAW in quite some time as Sean O� Haire and Kurt Angle take on the combination of Kanyon and Matt Hardy!
King: Well this should be quite an interesting match. As of course O� Haire and Kurt Angle aren�t exactly a match made in heaven! But the team of Matt Hardy and Chris Kanyon seems to be well oiled. They won the rights to this match by defeating the Brothers of Destruction Kane and The Undertaker at No Way Out!

[Sean O� Haire walks out now to a chorus of boo�s from the crowd accompanied by Rowdy Roddy Piper. These fans remember last week when O� Haire and Piper destroyed Chris Jericho after he got the victory on his comeback to RAW. O� Haire passes his tag title to Piper and slides inside as he awaits his partner]
((( I DON�T SUCK! � KURT ANGLE )))
[The fans go crazy as Kurt Angle walks out onto the stage with his Tag title around his waist. Angle waits for his pyro and throws up his arms as he walks to the ring and unbuckles his title belt from his waist. The lack of unity between the tag champs is shown by them making separate entrances and enforced further when Kurt shoves his Tag Title to Roddy Piper hard into The Hot Rod�s chest. Piper gives Angle a cold look as he holds both Tag Titles. Angle gets on the apron signalling without any words that he wants O� Haire to start the match as in the other corner Matt Hardy is leaving onto the apron so it will be Kanyon and O� Haire to start off]
Coach : Well there goes the bell as Kanyon and O� Haire tie up. Kanyon with a side headlock on O� Haire and shoves him at the ropes. O� Haire locks onto the ropes though and spins across them and delivers a cheap shot to Hardy knocking him off the apron. O� Haire smiles now at Kanyon who runs at O� Haire but O� Haire hits him with a kick to the gut and now a few right hands. O� Haire now irish whip on Kanyon and Kanyon back off the ropes BACK DROP! Kanyon bounces back up but gets knocked down with a clothesline as O� Haire makes an early cover 1.........But Kanyon rolls out and gets back to his feet. O� Haire also gets up quickly but is met by Kanyon who hits a spinning heel kick! Kanyon gets back up now and Hardy is demanding a tag and Kanyon tags him in.
King: Well Matt Hardy is in now and is delivering a few stomps to O� Haire. O� Haire now in the corner and Hardy is choking him down by placing his boot across his neck. Tim White is pulling Matt away now as O� Haire gets up holding his neck. Matt is taunting O� Haire and he stumbles towards Hardy who locks up Vertical Suplex! Hardy covers 1........2.......But the champion kicks out. Hot Rod on the apron is giving some advice to O� Haire. Well The Future is helping himself up by the ropes now but here comes Hardy. Hardy now grabbing O� Haire and grinding his face across the top rope! But now O� Haire counters with an elbow to the gut and sets up Side Suplex! O� Haire has got some time now and he pulls up Hardy and gets him in the abdominal stretch position and tags in Kurt Angle to the crowds appreciation!
Coach: Angle now with a free shot to the gut of Hardy who is in that abdominal stretch. Actually good team work there by the champions as Angle now is hitting a few right hand blows to the face of Matt Hardy and now lock up into a Snap Suplex! Angle floats over into a cover 1......2.......Hardy kicks out. Angle again quick cover 1.......2.........Hardy kicks out. That is a clever tactic by The Olympian. He is exerting energy from the challenger making his kick out. As now Angle pulls him up by the hair and is in a go behind position hitting clubbing blows to the back of the head and neck and now sets up GERMAN! Angle hit it! But he is pugnaciously holding on. Angle going for a second but Hardy is close to the ropes and just grabbed hold of the top rope for dear life. Angle is trying to pull him off but Kanyon has come inside and NECKBREAKER on Angle! Tim White now is kicking the illegal man back out of the ring to the apron as now Hardy chokes Angle in the centre of the ring!
King: That was great teamwork by the challengers. Kanyon saw that Matt Hardy was in trouble and came to help out! Matt Hardy now pulling Angle by the leg to his corner and tags in Kanyon. Kanyon now comes inside and scoops Angle up Powerslam! As Matt Hardy goes up top LEG DROP!!! Matt hit his patent leg drop as now Kanyon covers but Tim White is getting Matt out of the ring now. A delayed count now though by White 1........2........Angle kicks out! That may have been it there but maybe Angle was aware and was resting until the last second biding his time. As now Kanyon pulls Angle up and kicks away at him in his tag team corner. Kanyon now Irish whip across the ring straight into the corner of Angle however and in tags O� Haire! That could have been a mistake as in comes the fresh man O� Haire and knocks down Kanyon with a shoulder barge. Kanyon bounces up however and attempts a dropkick but O� Haire swats it away and now Hardy has entered and charges at O� Haire but gets given a SUPER KICK! Matt Hardy just got flattened! But from behind O� Haire now Kanyon LOW BLOW! The referee was blind to it, he was checking on Hardy who almost got his head kicked off as now Kanyon is setting up FLATLINER! But no Angle is in clubs to the back and ANGLE SLAM!!! Kanyon got planted! This thing has boiled over! The referee has lost control. Angle now is being detained by Tim White being told to leave the ring after that but Matt Hardy who is also illegal is lying almost motionless in the corner of the ring. O� Haire is holding his family jewels and Kanyon holding his back from the Angle Slam.
Coach: Angle is trying to fight past Tim White but White is doing everything he can to detain him. But now look Hot Rod has just slid one of the Tag Team Title belts to Sean O� Haire as he is groggily getting up. And across the ring Kanyon is also getting up holding his back. Sean O� Haire is looking to use that title belt on Kanyon it seems. O� Haire now runs at Kanyon BOOM!!! Kanyon just got knocked senseless! Kurt Angle has seen this happen now and is smiling and getting back on the apron. Maybe he meant that distraction. I just thought he wanted to get back in this match! Sean O� Haire now just pushed his tag team title out of the ring and the referee is back on the job 1............2........................Matt Hardy breaks it up! That would have been a three count there! I thought it was over!
King: That makes two of us! As now O� Haire can�t believe it and neither can Hot Rod! Angle is back inside now and has grabbed The sensei of Mattitude Matt Hardy by the hair and is thumping him in the corner with right hands and now Clothesline to the outside! Angle is about to follow him outside the ring but O� Haire has stopped him and now is instructing them to double team Kanyon. Kanyon is just getting up now as O� Haire and Angle Irish whip him at the ropes DOUBLE FLAPJACK NO!! DOUBLE DDT BY KANYON!!!! What a reversal! Kanyon just planted The Tag Champs! Kanyon now is crawling towards the corner but Matt Hardy is on the outside still. Kanyon is wondering where Matt Hardy is. But now Matt is trying to get back into the game and on the apron. Kanyon now is ready to make a tag but O� Haire has grabbed his leg. He�s trying to pull him away from the corner but Chris Kanyon with a last gasp jump to make a tag! And now in comes Matt Hardy Dropkick to O� Haire and now Angle is up and Matt Hardy sets him up Back Suplex! Raw�s Terri Runnels conducted an interview with him two weeks ago, an last week we were able to bring you footage from CCTV cameras from the hospital Goldberg was staying. Some people did expect Goldberg to be here tonight, but he hasn�t been seen tonight, but Terri Runnels was once again able to get an interview. This time at his home, here�s that interview�.

Terri: Goldberg thank you for allowing us into your home, and for taking the time out to talk to us. When I spoke to you two weeks ago you couldn�t wait to get back to Raw, and possibly challenge for the Intercontinental title, sitting in the hospital was killing you eating away at you, everyone could see that, that�s the reason you discharged yourself from the hospital, would you like to comment?
Goldberg: That�s exactly it Terri, it was eating at me just sitting on my ass, watching TV non stop, eating crappy hospital food. I�m a man of action I constantly need to be doing something, and staying in the hospital wasn�t doing anything for me. Especially when I saw Evolution continue to run riots on Raw and Smackdown, adding another member to it�s rank .Flair is filling these guys head with crap, promising the Evolution why of life, all he�s doing is putting barricade�s in front his enemies, making it harder for anyone to get close to him!
Terri: Evolution to seem to have a lot of control over the company, but if I could go back a step a second, with you discharging yourself from hospital against doctors advise and recommendation�s there must be health implications on you coming back to the ring, I mean how bad are your ribs for example?
Goldberg: It doesn�t matter what condition I�m in, I�ve already said I couldn�t just sit there doing nothing�.
Terri: So will you be returning to Raw this coming Monday?
Goldberg: No I wont be, as much I as love competing on Raw, and appreciate my fans there, I will not be on Raw in person��. I will how ever be On Smackdown Thursday night!
Terri: What� hang on, you�ll be on Smackdown?
Goldberg: There aint no way any member of Evolution is going to be booked into a match on Raw, in fact the only eligible person to go to Raw is Flair and he sure as hell wont wrestle on Raw, so I�m gonna have to go over to their stomping ground and kick some Evolution ass on Thursday nights!

Coach: What the hell was Rob thinking suggesting an ECW rules match, I mean the match is stupid enough as it is, basically there are no rules, anything goes. But suggesting it when your about to defend the Intercontinental title? It�s not big and it�s not clever! In Credible�s promo he asked RVD to bring his �A� game, the RVD that got his Mr. Monday Night knick name back in the Phily based wrestling organisation.
King: I�m not sure If I agree with his statement about RVD selling out, I mean RVD has just adjusted to this companies style, the WWE and ECW can�t be compared they cater for different types of wrestling fans or at least ECW used to�. Van Dam brought up the point of Credible being un-able to capture the Undisputed championship on three attempts. Two in the last 2 months! That�s got to add to the fire of Justin Credible!

RVD with a desperation uppercut to try and get out of the corner, Credible stumbles backwards even room for RVD to hit a SPINNING HEEL KICK! RVD pouncing out of the corner hitting an aerial assault! RVD just connected head first with a concrete wall. Credible now grabbing a drink from a fan, he�s having a drink! So composed he can afford to relax and drink! No wait a minute, Credible just sprayed that drink in the eyes of Rob Van Dam�UNDERHOOK DDT! Jesus Christ! Rob Van Dam up on this equipment box what�s he going to do here� STATIC ROLLING THUNDER! Credible sent through the table! My god what a move, he adapted the move! Normally Van Dam uses his momentum from coming off a set of ropes to execute that move, but that was impressive, making a distance of around 7, 8 feet from his target. Can Van Dam muster the energy to make the cover though? Van Dam throws a limp arm over Credible to make a cover 1�������2��������3 did he get it? Charles Robinson is saying no, Credible got a shoulder up just at the last moment! RVD is rolling out of the broken pieces of the wood, and trying to get onto his feet. Both men crash to the floor, Rob crawls to make the cover 1�����..2�����. Justin Credible kicks out. Credible isn�t willing to let this match slip away he wants the gold! RVD must be asking what he has to do, to win this match?! HOLLY SHIT� I mean crap� out of no where a Chair Shot to the face of Rob Van Dam. Who the hell� where the hell did that come from�..Who did it? It�s BIG POPPA PUMP!. Scott Steiner with a massive chair shot to the head of Rob Van Dam. Scott Steiner dropping the steel chair, now doing press up�s in the face of the flattened Rob Van Dam. Steiner running his mouth at RVD. Steiner walking away from the scene but this match has to continue. Justin Credible has no idea what has happened, he�s getting to his feet here. Now trying to get Rob Van Dam on his feet, Credible needs to do something big here to win. Credible has noticed the steel chair. RVD scooped up in the arms of Credible�. SPINNING TOMBSTONE onto the steel chair, after all this punishment Van Dam�s skull must be cracked some where! Credible drapes an arm over the motionless Rob Van Dam 1������2������..3 Justin Credible has done it, he�s managed to become the Intercontiental chamion. Were going to need EMT�s for both these guys!
