King : That we do, And I must admit Hollywood Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair may have there differences but you wouldn't know it with the new setting and show that's been put together here, this absolutely great! And what a coo it was getting The Union Underground to perform the Raw Theme live here tonight, Across The Nation and were definately being heard across the nation here tonight!

JR : Hollywood Hulk Hogan now coming out to kick off the new era of WWE RAW!! Hogan saluting the band on the stage as he walks out wearing that red and yellow. He's getting in the ring and posing to the crowd like only he can, putting his hand to his ear and doing some poses with his pythons!
King : He's acting as if he runs the damn place, he better not forget Flair, who was the man who slapped that Figure Four Leg Lock on him on Smackdown last week!
JR : Hogan getting a huge ovation here on his WWE RAW show, He now has a microphone and looks like he's going to talk...

Ya Know something Hulkamaniacs, I bet you never thought that Hulk Hogan would be the sole owner of WWE Raw! And Brother's Hulk Hogan never thought he would be an owner himself especially in the same company as Vince McMahon, well now I'm here I'm going to make the most of it DUDES! but first let me bring some footage up on the Hulkatron Brothers of what happened last week on the last ever full roster version of WWE Smackdown!

Now Hulkamaniacs that right there is our WWE Raw Commissioner Ric Flair, now his power comes into affect here tonight for the first time but one thing is for sure were going to have to work out our problems because I'm not having a WWE Commissioner like Ric Flair who comes to the ring attacks the owner of WWE Raw Brotha! So What I'm doing now is calling out The Nature Boy for a little talk in this very ring!

King : What you talking about JR put up with Kurt Angle? He's an Olympic Champion and the future 2002 King of the Ring! and I'm glad we got somebody with Intensity, Integrity and Intellegence on WWE Raw! It's True JR
JR : Kurt not getting a great reception here as he gets in the ring and gets a microphone..

Now Mr. Hogan, I was standing backstage polishing these beauts (holds up medals) when I caught sight of you on the monitor talking about you being the owner of WWE Raw this and that and so on and you were saying infront of all these Hulkamorons how it was your show! Please Hulk, If it's anybody's show it's Kurt Angle's show but another thing Hogan is tonight's Main Event, I mean how in the heck did I get put in a match tag teaming with some gold freak, he scares the hell out of me Hogan, I don't want to be tagging with him, I mean I bet it was you who made this Main Event putting me against the WWE Undisputed Champion and The Rattlesnake and making me team with a freak just for your own amusement, but Hogan I just wanna make one thing clear and that is that nothing will stop me becoming the 2002 King of the Ring, It's True, It's Damn True...DUDE!!

King : My god that's the Commissioner JR!! Austin now into the ring and stares at Kurt Angle and Hulk Hogan before climbing the turnbuckle and raising his arms in the air, he does this for all the corners and then takes a microphone

Coach : Hey Shawn, I'd just like to get your thought's on what happened at the top of the show with Flair, Angle, Austin and Hogan.
HBK : I wasn't watching, what happened Coach?
Coach : Well Shawn, Stone Cold Steve Austin returned and gave Flair, Kurt Angle AND Hollywood Hogan a Stone Cold Stunner.
HBK : Coach, I tell a lie, I was watching, I just wanted to hear your interpretation of events, and Coach you saw something different to what HBK saw. Yes, I saw the Stunner's I saw the razzmatazz, the lights, the music, the glamour of WWE Raw and I also saw a man that will make a damn good Tag Team Partner if he can Stunner Kurt Angle because that's all he needs to do is Stunner Kurt Angle and we win the match, but we also saw a man that doesn't give a "Rat's Ass" for authority, he's good at shunning authority, DTA right, but tonight I'll be going by the motto DTA, Don't Trust Austin because you never know what he's going to do, but if he does get in my face, my boot will get in his!
Coach : Just another quick question and that is what was the deal with the Kevin Nash, Hollywood Hulk Hogan nWo sign in the middle of the Smackdown Main Event?
HBK : I'm not going to answer that question Jack, maybe you'll just have to sit around and see and remember Vince Russo was back here a few weeks ago, so anything can happen in WWE! Nobody thought I'd be able to wrestle again let alone go through a 60 Minute Iron Man Match and win the WWE Undisputed Title from "The Game" Triple H. Coach anything can happen, you'll just have to wait and see what happens. Ok you can leave now Coach.

Taz : We both got important matches tonight, Ken if you win the Triple Threat Match up next involving you, Shane Douglas and The Undertaker you will be facing Brock Lesnar for the European Title next week on Raw, good luck man your up next.
Shamrock : Taz, I'm the World's Most Dangerous Man, I've destroyed people in the streets, in the UFC Octogan and in the squared circle, I'll have no problems destroying The Undertaker and Shane Douglas here tonight and tonight, Taz you face Kevin Nash, the man who's Ankle I tried to snap on Smackdown and Taz I have full confidence that you will advance in the KOTR tournament tonight and win the entire KOTR tournament, good luck Taz, I'm off to the ring now for my match, I just hope that you got my back.
Taz : I've got your back Ken and I hope you got my back later, time for you to become the Number One Contender for the European Championship!

King : We just saw Ken Shamrock backstage there and he looks focused on becoming the next WWE European Champion, and who will be betting against him? He's one of the toughest men in WWE today.
JR : Yes but what about his opponents, The Franchise and The Undertaker, they too aren't pushovers....
**JR is interuppted by a video that comes on the titantron, in the bottom of the screen it says, Earlier Today. Undertaker is seen in a dark room standing next to a locker, when Terri comes up to him for an interview**
Terri : Undertaker, your here tonight early, just wondering what your thoughts are on your number one contenders match for the European Title.
Undertaker : European Title? Number One Contenders Match? Terri I saw the match I was booked in tonight and I don't like it, I am The Undertaker, I am The Lord of Darkness, I am The Phenom Terri, and It's the first Raw of the Brand Extension and I get stuck in a match like that, I should be Main Eventing but instead there are people that don't deserve to be above me but are, so tonight Terri, I am boycotting The poxy little European Title match and on the first WWE Raw of the Brand Extension I am going to show why I was and still am The Most Feared Enterty in World Wrestling Entertainment, I will make a statement and you will know my name (rolls back his eyes) as THE LORD OF DARKNESS

Winner gets European Title Shot Next RAW
Shane Douglas vs Ken Shamrock

Shane Douglas walks out to a great pop from the crowd, it could be the beginning of a huge week for The Franchise because he will be at the King of the Ring this Sunday and he could also be getting a shot at Brock Lesnar's European Championship next week.
((( WORLD'S MOST DANGEROUS MAN )))
Ken Shamrock walks out smacking his chest, he looks focused for this one and he gets in the ring and straight away jumps The Franchise.
JR : Shamrock now beating down The Franchise in the corner and the fans are booing this, Shamrock doesn't seem to care though about these fans, just about himself. Shamrock seemingly absorbing the boo's and now its The Franchise back up with rights of his own and these fans are behind him on WWE Raw but Shamrock coming back with a knee to the abdomen and hip throw by Shamrock right into an arm bar but Douglas is too close to the ropes and grabs the bottom rope, Shamrock now with sharp toe kicks to Douglas as he gets up by the ropes to his knee's trying to work done The Franchise and now Shamrock with a chop block to the left knee.
King : Good strategy by Shamrock even if he isn't the sharpest knife in the draw. Shamrock now pulling Douglas into the centre of the ring and looking for a kneebar but Douglas pulls Shamrock in and executes a small package 1.....2......Shamrock just kicking out, both men up and Douglas now with a Drop Toe Hold followed by a few strong elbow drops across Shamrock's head and neck, Douglas pulling up Shamrock, Irish whip hits the ropes comes back beautiful Dropkick there by The Franchise into a cover 1..........2..........kickout by Ken Shamrock, Shane Douglas now waits for Shamrock to get up Swinging Neckbreaker Bomb and a hook of the leg 1...........2............Shamrock again kicking out, Douglas getting a superb reaction from the crowd and some chants of E C DUB starting to arise, Shane Douglas now up top and waits for Shamrock to get to his feet CROSS BODY but Shamrock moves out of the way and Douglas falls face first..
JR : And now Shamrock straight away ANKLE LOCK it only takes one mistake and that's what can happen, Douglas may tap here, he's inching to the ropes he's not gonna make it but he reverses and kicks Shamrock away at the ropes he bounces back of the ropes and now Franchise onto his knee's shot to the abdomen of Shamrock and he sets up DDT!! and both men down as the referee starts his count 1...........2.............3.............4..............5............6...............7.............Douglas getting up............8.............9.........he pulls up Shamrock who is looking out for the count and the fans cheer as he signals for his finisher PITTSBURG PLUNGE!! Douglas covers 1.........2.........3 Douglas goes on to next week's Raw where he will get a European Title shot against Brock Lesnar, which I am looking forward to, it should be a close match.

[Backstage now we see Goldust walking through a dark corridor stroking his Intercontinental Title, tonight he will be in a Main Event Tag Team Match teaming with Kurt Angle and then all of a sudden from out of nowhere he goes down from a huge shot from what looks to be a shovel, Goldust falls to the crowd and he may be knocked out from that shot, then the camera turns and It's RAVEN! Raven has returned to WWE Sadistic! he now picks up Goldust who is almost knocked out from that shot and now EVENFLOW DDT onto the concrete!!! Raven has made an impact, what was his motivation in attacking Goldust? But Raven isn't finished and he picks Goldust up on his shoulder and walks off!! Where in the hell is he going? The camera's follow Raven who has a knocked out Goldust on his shoulder, Raven walks out through the double doors of the arena and parked outside is what looks to be a funeral car and standing next to it in a black cloak covered head to toe is The Undertaker, Raven bundles Goldust into the back and unstraps off him the WWE Intercontinental Title, Raven presents it to The Undertaker and then Raven gets in the car and leaves, The Undertaker runs his fingers across the IC Title and then walks into the arena]

[The camera's then switch to backstage where Hollywood Hulk Hogan is watching on a monitor.]
Hogan : What the hell was that? They just assaulted the WWE Intercontinental Champion Brotha! and Goldust was supposed to be in the Main Event aswell, by the looks of what happened we wont see Goldust any time soon.
[ Hogan then watching his monitor see's Ric Flair's theme music hit and Flair begins to walk out with a huge smile on his face, Hogan then thinks that it may have been something to do with Ric Flair, and Hogan storms out of his room]
[Ringside]
Flair is now in the ring and he has a microphone ready to address the crowd..
[Ric Flair]
Now what we just saw was undoubtedly disturbing and something that I personally had nothing to do with (smirks) , but that's not why I'm out here, I'm out here to talk about Stone Cold Steve Austin and his actions earlier giving Ric Flair the WWE Raw Commissioner a Stone Cold Stunner and giving Kurt Angle a Stone Cold Stunner, also giving Hogan a Stunner but that's not such a bad thing. So Stone Cold Steve Austin, I'm promising you that if you give me another Stone Cold Stunner pal you'll regret it, because like it or not I'm the WWE Raw Commissioner WHOOO!!! and I'm the Naaaaaature Boy! WHOOO!!

Hollywood Hulk Hogan walks out and he isn't doing any posing or anything of the sort, he means business he gets into the ring and grabs a microphone.

Ric you dissapoint me Brotha! you see, we just saw our WWE Intercontinental Champion get assaulted and kidnapped, which basically means we have to change tonight's Main Event, change the King of the Ring brackets and Vacate the Intercontinental Championship because Goldust, he's history and all you can talk about is your personally rivalry with Stone Cold Steve Austin, hell he gave me a Stone Cold Stunner too but I don't hold anything against The Rattlesnake, but now it's not about The Rattlesnake it's about us for once trying to organise somethings between us. Ric I don't like you, and you don't like me but we have to decide what's going to happen, first of all Ric I propose that Undertaker be punished for his actions, I don't like this new attitude or his alliance with Raven, he needs to be punished.
[Ric Flair]
Punished? Hogan don't you want wrestlers taking the initiative trying to get to the top? I say we reward The Undertaker and give him the Intercontinental Championship.

Well DUDE you would say that seeing as you seem to be on the same page as him, I saw you come out here with a smirk on your face like you condoned what happened.

The Undertaker walks out onto the stage holding the Intercontinental Championship in one hand and a microphone in the other, the lights stay dimmed and purple spotlight on the stage and rampway as he begins to speak

First of all, I am not aligned with Ric Flair, nor aligned with Hollywood Hulk Hogan. I don't bow down to anybody because I am The Lord of Darkness and the Conscience of World Wrestling Entertainment. I am out here to make a few demands and if my demands aren't met, I will unleash a plague on WWE the likes that has never been seen before. I got here tonight and was offered a number one contenders shot at The Eurotrash Title, I wasn't content at that, I moved up and now I hold the Intercontinental Championship in my grasp, but still I'm not stopping there, I don't want nor do I need the Intercontinental Title, what I want, what I crave is the WWE Undisputed Championship and to get back to the top I'm telling you to put me into the King of the Ring Tournament in place of Goldust, if that request is not met, you can say goodbye to your livelihoods. If I can't have the WWE Undisputed Title, I can have your souls and I can turn the WWE into a Darkside Dungeon where all these lambs you call wrestlers will be lead to the slaughterhouse. And that is a Promise!

Undertaker, your in the King of the Ring Brotha! Because I can't wait to see you get your ass handed to you, all the talk, but you cant walk the walk anymore DUDE! As for that Intercontinental Championship belt you have up there that will be on the line at KOTR in a Battle Royal Match, you see the people that lose their first 16 match in KOTR will be entered into that match and originally it was for a number one contenders match but now it will be a IC Championship Battle Royal! People that lose last 16 matches will enter that match!

**Undertaker walks into the back and drops the Intercontinental Championship down on the stage, the lights are raised as Flair and Hogan stare at each other and Flair smirks at Hogan and leaves the ring**
JR : So what the hell is going on? We found out that The Undertaker will now replace Goldust in the King of the Ring last eight, and that Goldust has been stripped of the Intercontinental Championship and it will now be on the line at King of the Ring in a Over the Top Rope Battle Royal.
King : Yes but we still don't know what's happening tonight, our Main Event was scheduled Goldust and Kurt Angle vs HBK and Stone Cold Steve Austin, but now Goldust has been injured what does that mean? Kurt won't have to be in a Handicap Match will he?

Taz Walks out with a towel on his head with his 13 symbol on it, he gets in the ring paces around and climbs the turnbuckle folds his arms at the crowd who are booing him.

Kevin Nash walks out to massive cheers from the crowd, Taz leaves the ring straight away and meets Nash in the aisle...
JR : Taz meeting Nash now in the aisle and Taz right hand blocked by Nash and Nash rights of his own to Taz and now Nash with a Bodyslam in the aisle, Nash stands over Taz and raises his arms and the crowd are cheering for Big Sexy here King but wait from behind that's Ken Shamrock!
King : Shamrock won't be too happy after just losing his match against Shane Douglas, Shamrock from behind setting up for a Back Suplex but Nash elbows to Shamrock and he turns around BIG BOOT to Ken Shamrock! Nash beating them both down but now Taz is up Tazmission! Tazmission in the aisle! and Kevin Nash down to his knee's been choked out in the aisle, Nash is surely fading here, the bell hasn't even rung yet but now Shamrock is being taken backstage by officials, they want this to be a one on one match, not a Handicap Match, but Shamrock may have done his job already distracting Nash
JR : Taz now getting back in the ring and he orders the referee to call the bell for the match to start and the referee does so, and Taz ordering the referee to count out Nash! not like this, Nash shouldn't be cheated this way the referee gets to a nine count and somehow Nash manages to get back into the ring after that Tazmission and Taz can't believe it! Taz kicking away now at Kevin Nash now in the ring, Taz stares at the crowd who are booing him with a passion. Taz now picking up Big Sexy and propping him on the turnbuckle, he could be looking for a top rope Tazplex here, if he hits this it's over surely TAZPLEX from the top and now Taz makes the cover 1...........2...............Nash kicks out! and the fans are loving this now!
King : Taz can't believe it, he's getting Nash to his feet now again and Taz going for another suplex, setting up for a Wrist Clutch Suplex but Nash fights out of it and Nash now Irish whip to Taz BIG BOOT no ducked by Taz, TAZMISSION, TAZMISSION by Taz, but Nash has Taz on his back and Nash drops backwards with all his weight onto Taz and Taz is squashed like a bug haha!! Nash has Taz pinned down too from that 1...........2............Taz kicks out, desperation now from both men.
JR : It's absolute carnage here, Nash getting up first and picks up Taz, Irish whip into the corner and Nahs follows in with a Clothesline and now Nash running powerslam to Taz! Nash goes for the cover 1..........2.........Taz manages to get a foot on the rope, he couldn't kick out, just had to get a foot on the rope, Nash now signalling to the crowd that he's going for the Jack-Knife, Nash sets up Taz, he lifts him up, Taz though is fighting it, punches to Nash's head but BOOM!! Taz can't resist it completely and Nash drills Taz and manages to cover Taz with what he has left 1...........2.............3...Taz kicking out just after the three but Nash has this and will advance to King of the Ring, but Taz is a very strong bet still to win the Intercontinental Championship in the vacant IC Title Battle Royal at King of the Ring with a display like this!

[We just saw an excellent match between Taz and Kevin Nash, the scene cuts backstage quickly after that match and we see HBK lying unconscious on his back with the Undisputed WWE Championship lying across him, officials come on the scene now and they start to discuss what happened]
Official 1 : I don't know what's happened, I was coming in here to call Michaels that his match was up next and I found him like this
Official 2 : He looks in bad shape, we'll have to get him checked on, he won't be able to fight tonight
*Scene goes to Flair's office where he is watching on a monitor smiling at what's happened*
**Scene goes to ringside**
JR : Well we don't know what happened to HBK but...
King : Yes we do HBK has been attacked by somebody or somebodies haha! and he isn't going to be able to fight tonight, so it looks like we have a change of plans for our Main Event, I'd say it looks like we got a nice fair one on one match, between Kurt Angle and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
JR : If I had to guess I'd say it was Ric Flair's work, did you see the smile on his face looking at that?
King : I sure did JR, I think you may be right!

One on One
Kurt Angle vs Stone Cold Steve Austin
King : I know it's a horrible thing to say JR, but it might be a blessing in disguise seeing a One on One match instead of a tag team match because we wont have to see a Gold Freak in this match and we all know a Handicap Match wouldn't have been fair on Kurt Angle
JR : I can't wait for this match and after what happened earlier, Kurt Angle will have some anger and frustration to take out on The Texas Rattlesnake!

Kurt Angle walks out to a chant of YOU SUCK WHAT? from the crowd, Angle gives the crowd a funny stare and talks trash under his breath as he stands in the aisle and his red white and blue pyro's explode, he gets in the ring and does a few squats waiting for his opponent...
((( TZZZZZZZZZZZZ - SMASH!!!!! )))
Stone Cold Steve Austin walks out to a huge ovation, he climbs the ringsteps gets in the ring and walks straight past Kurt Angle without even acknowledging him being there, Austin climbs all four turnbuckles and then goes into a stare down with Angle.
JR : This is going to explode right here, Austin flipping off Angle now and punches to Angle and Angle trying to fight back Austin with punches but it's not working, Angle eventually goes downstairs and stops Austin's offense and uses a Fireman's Cary on Austin straight into a front facelock, Austin counters the Front Face Lock and gets to his feet and starts thumping Angle in the abdomen pushes hi against the ropes and a clothesline knockdown by Austin, Austin now kicking away at Angle who retreats into the corner, Austin stomping a mudhole in Kurt Angle and walking it dry!!
King : Kurt doesn't deserve this he's an olympian! Austin dragging up Angle setting up, yes it is Suplex from Stone Cold, that's Kurt's move JR!! Austin now some more stomps but Angle countering a stomp and grabs Austin's Ankle he's turned Austin's Ankle and he's looking to bring Austin down into the Angle Lock but Austin counters and kicks Angle off, Angle runs back at Austin but gets backdropped over the top rope and to the floor!! Austin now out under the bottom rope and starts smashing Kurt's head against the guardrail he know whips Angle and Angle's back hits the ring apron and Austin follows in with a knee to Angle's abdomen! nowhere for Angle to go there as Austin now Irish whip at the steel steps reversed and Austin's buckled knee's crashing right into the steps!
