The 360 flip!!
First, practise your 360 shove-its and kickflips then you are ready to attempt a 360 flip. Roll along at a moderate speed with your back foot slightly hooking over the toe-side of the board and your front doot in the kickflip position. Pop, kick your back foot back (hooking your toes over to give more spin) and flip with your front foot. when the board has rotated 360 degrees and the griptape is face up, make the catch, bend up your knees and land. Ride off with a big smile on your face and take a bow. If you have trouble with these, then try a varial kickflip or 180 flip which is half a 360 flip. Good luck!!!
This is a crooked grind to 360 flip but you get the idea of what it should look like
THE HARDFLIP
This has got to be one of the most complicated flips if not the most comlicated flip ever. I will try and explain it the best I can. The hardflip is really like a varial kickflip but it spins frontside, not backside, though it is easier to think of it as half an impossible with a half flip believe it or not! To do this, stand as for a kickflip but with your front foot closer to the edge and yout back foot on the toe-side corner of the tail. pop the nose straight over the top vertically and gain the courage to let it go between your legs! When the board has performed a  half flip and it is the right way up, land it. the nose should be behind you. Ride off and try not to look like a gumpf when you hit a stone and fall on your face.
