1. New studies have concluded that Sadique is a plague which acts as a symbiote.  It attaches itself to a host, and in turn, they become one.  The plague is something which resembles the genealogy of a common reptile, and the actual symbiote can cause the host to form scales over oneself.  The symbiote over time causes insanity and may cause the individual to revert back to primal instincts.  It also as an effect on sexual practices.. increasing the drive and over all need to procreate.
