Directing
Tips
1. Direct your actors creatively, for example don't say to your actors "nod and smile when Bryan is speaking". Instead tell them "Show me that you agree with Bryan". This will help actors get a better feel of the characters and it will improve preformances.

2. Know every character in the script and exactly what there role is in each scene.

3. Be open to suggestions from your actors and crew members. You are not going to be able to catch it all, ask the actors about there preformances, check if the crew got a good shot.

4. Make storyboards for every shot because it will not only save you time, it will also make you think about the shots ahead of time.
