Our saddletowels are very generously sized at 42" x 40". They are constructed of a high quaity polyester-cotton blend for durability and fade resistance. It is not unusual for these saddletowels to remain in good condition after five years or more of heavy use and hundreds of launderings. The contrasting border on the sides and back of the saddletowel measures 2 1/2 inches wide and is made of your choice of the same poly-cotton fabric as the saddletowel or of a double thickness of durable nylon which gives the saddletowel a "crisper" look. The front edge has a very flat hem which gives no excess bulk when it is folded over the saddle pad. The rear corners of the saddletowel where the borders meet are stitched with an X-in-a-box design which makes the towel lie flat for a neat appearance.
Any design on the sides of the towel such as initials, stable logo, etc.,is first fused to the saddletowel and then the edges are stitched down as shown in the photo, We can apply any design or combination of designs you wish on your saddletowels. If you would prefer, we can even custom design a stable logo for you at no extra charge.
