2001 Bay Swedish Warmblood Mare
By Bjrsells Sack 907 out of Starcy
Her barn name is: Gigi
Stands 16.0 hh tall
Currently competes in Dressage

Gigi was a great find at the Ivia International auction because we have been search far and wide for a nice mare to eventually cross to out Swedish Warmblood stallion. Her former owner, Alyssa, had this to say about Gigi and her pedigree "'Gigi' is bred in the blue for dressage competition. Her pedigree contains several of the most sought-after Swedish names in dressage performance. At 5 years old, Gigi is already proving herself worthy of her superior pedigree with large, flashy, controlled gaits and a great capacity to learn. Although she has only been under dressage training for less than 2 years, she has already proven her great potential to move up the levels quickly, taking all of her training in stride. Her sire, BJORSELLS SACK 907, has been a winner from the beginning of his career as dressage horse. He won the final in Breeders Trophy two times in a row (both as five and six years old). When he was six he also got a tied eight place in the final of World Breeding Championchips for young dressage horses at Arnhem, Netherlands. 1999 was his first year in international dressage, and he started with three international victories in Copenhagen. During the stallion performance tests in 1995 he got the best total score, with a mark of maximum 10 for his trot. 2001 SACK debutated in Grand Prix with Minna Telde and got a third place in the Swedish Championship. 2002 they got a second place in the Grand Prix in Falsterbo, Sweden. SACK started 2003 by win the Grand Prix final in the famous "Best Stallion Dressage" in Zwolle, Holland, a competition only for approved stallions. SACKs offspring show very good capacity as dressage horses. In 2000, ten of his progeny were placed in the highest class during the test for three year old horses. He had placements in the Grand Prix, and got a 6th place in the Swedesh team in the Olympic Games. SACK has a approved son, the stallion SAIGON 1034 (who is bred similarly to this mare) and many certificated progeny. Her dam, STARCY, is a daughter of SWIFT 690, the Swedish-approved Oldenburg stallion found in the pedigrees of several of the most successful Swedish Warmblood dressage competitors. Her dam, ELIZA, is a daughter of EMIR, another successful dressage competitor of the S-level in Germany and successful dressage sire." When we seen her we just knew that she'd make a name for herself in our dressage string. She will eventually be bred to Edinburgh, our young buckskin stallion, in hopes of getting a nice dressage foal that combines these two great movers.
