| The Hive: The Hive is board game. The board is hive shaped, with colored balls scattered all over. The balls come in various colors. Complete patterns by moving the balls (see help dialog for the patterns). A pattern must consist of balls with the same color. Each pattern has different score. In each step you move one ball. If you complete a pattern - all the balls in the pattern are taken off the Hive. If you do not complete a pattern - more balls are added to the Hive. When the Hive fills up - the game is over! About the Game: This is my third game (after 3-D Snake and CarWars). I wrote it in C++ using MFC and GDI. How to install: Download hive.zip and unzip the files to a directory in your computer. Replace older files! (run them over or delete them first) System Requirements: Windows 95 98 ME NT 2000 XP. How To Play: Move a ball by clicking it with the mouse, then click on the cell you want the ball to move to. You can move the ball only if there is a free path (not blocked with other balls) from the ball to the desired cell. News: The game Participated in game development contest held by @upload and won the second prize. |
