Life can't get worse, for Salman. On Monday he was remanded to police custody for three days. Salman had to share a common toilet and fight real time mosquitoes. Officials at the jail said that the actor like any other inmate is entitled to the daily bhatta (allowance) of Rs 26, which could avail him of a breakfast comprising chai and pav, dal-rice-chappatis for lunch and roti-dal for dinner. Initially the star refused to eat anything, later he had a bowl of rice and dal for dinner. Salman who had blown up Rs 7000 on meals and drink on the day of the mishap is now sleeping on bare cemented floor and is constantly entertained by the other inmates who are singing some famous tunes from the actor's box office hits. |
