 HO-208 Sight Reduction Worksheet Rules:

 1. Lat, LHA gets b,A,C,Z' from TABLE 1 (use assumed Lat and LHA)
 2. Adding Dec + b gives d+b (use Dec rounded to tenth minutes)
 3. d+b gets B,D from TABLE 2
 4. C+D gets Z"  from TABLE 2
 5. A+B gets Hc  from TABLE 2

 Dec is rounded to a tenth of a minute.
 Lat is DR Latitude rounded to nearest whole degree, giving assumed AP Latitude.
 LHA = GHA + AP Longitude, (west Longitude is negative), keep within 0-360
     deg range. Change AP Longitude away from DR Longitude, so LHA is rounded
     to the nearest whole degree.

 If AP Lat = 0 then use name of Dec for name of Assumed Position Lat.
 b and Z' are named same as Lat if LHA is between 0 and 90 or 270 and 360.
 b and Z' are named contrary to Lat if LHA is between 90 and 270 degrees.

 If d+b (Dec+b) are same named then add, use same sign.
 If d+b (Dec+b) are contrary named then subtract, use sign of larger.

 If d+b > 90 deg then db = 180 - db.

 If d+b <= 90 then Z" is named same as d+b.
 If d+b >  90 then Z" is named contrary of d+b.

 If Z' + Z" are same named then add, use same sign.
 If Z' + Z" are contrary named then subtract, use sign of larger.

 If value of C+D exceeds 10000 then 10000 is subtracted from C+D.

 Azimuth named from sum of Z'+ Z", N or S
 Azimuth named W when LHA is between 0 and 180 degrees.
 Azimuth named E when LHA is between 180 and 360 degrees.

 If d+b name <> Lat name then Hc sign is -, and Azimuth = 180 - Azimuth
 If d+b name = Lat name then Hc sign is +, and Azimuth = Azimuth

 Table t is only 0 - 90 deg, if HO-208 is not edition 6.
 If LHA >=   0 and LHA <   90  then  t = LHA
 If LHA >=  90 and LHA <  180  then  t = 180 - LHA
 If LHA >= 180 and LHA <  270  then  t = LHA - 180
 If LHA >= 270 and LHA <  360  then  t = 360 - LHA

 Zn = Z       if Lat > 0 (N) and t < 0 (E)
 Zn = 180 - Z if Lat < 0 (S) and t < 0 (E)
 Zn = 180 + Z if Lat < 0 (S) and t > 0 (W)
 Zn = 360 - Z if Lat > 0 (N) and t > 0 (W)

 Increase Hc precision, from 1 minute to .1 minute, by interpolation
  of the following: ENTRY: d+b, GIVES: B, and ENTRY: A+B, GIVES: Hc
