Dr. Louis J. Agnese, Jr., President of University of the Incarnate Word. UIW has subsidiaries at Guangzhou, China and Gia-yi, Taiwan.

Chairman Wen L. Wu

Mr. Wu is the chairman of the Texas First National Bank. He also chairs of HUGESSEN U.S.A., Inc., General Merchandise Co., Inc., C & W Warehpuse, Inc., and C & W Trucking, Inc. Mr. Wu earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from Tunghai University, Taiwan, and a M.S. in chemical engineering from Mississippi University. He is from Kaoshung, Taiwan.

Prof. Shin-Shem S Pei

Shin-Shem Steven Pei received his B.S. in physics from the National Taiwan Universityin 1970 and a Ph.D. in physics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in1977. He then joined the AT&T Bell Laboratories at Murray Hill, NJ, led severaltechnology transfer programs in the 80's, and headed different research departments since1986.
He joined the faculty of the University of Houston as Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Associate Director for Research of the NASA Space Vacuum Epitaxy Center (SVEC) in 1994. He was a team leader of three SVEC Wake Shield Facility (WSF) flights on the Space Shuttle between 1994 and 1996 and contributed to the spin-off of a couple of optoelectronics companies in Houston. He is now the Assoc. Dean for Research, Cullen College of Engineering, and the Deputy Director of the Texas Center for Superconductivity and Advanced Materials (TcSAM) after SVEC was merged with the Texas Center for Superconductivityat University of Houston (TcSUH) founded by Dr. Paul Chu.
In 1999, he co-founded "Houston 80-20" and chaired the "10,000 Voices for the New Millennium Committee". He has been chairing the Communication Committee of the"Houston 80-20 PAC" since it was founded in 2000. He also serves on the Boards of Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA) Greater Houston Chapter and Association of Chinese American Professionals (ACAP).

Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corporation (SSAC) was formed to develop, build and market the SJ30 business jet. Originally started as a partnership between Swearingen Aircraft Corporation of San Antonio and Sino Aerospace Investment Corporation of Taiwan , the Company incorporated in 1999. The current aircraft under FAA certification is the new SJ30-2 twinjet, the world's fastest and longest range light business jet. Its HQ is in the San Antonio International Airport.
