The term "Home Health" from its inception was intended to provide necessary medical care for sick, elderly individuals who required skill nursing services in the home and who did not have the funds to defray the cost.
Eligibility:
- The patient's primary physician must authorize a home health agency to evaluate a patient for required services. Once a patient is evaluated by a Registered Nurse a report is given to the primary doctor informing the doctor what health services are required.

- Medicare is the primary payer,
- Patient of family will reimburse the agency,
- Patient has Medicaid entitlements and agency obtain authorization,
- Under patient's private insurance plan.

- Home Health Aide Services.
Duration of Services:
- The frequency of visits depends on how serious the condition and what services are required. Under Medicare, visits may be as frequent as four per day or as seldom as one visit every sixty days depending on the required treatment.

Jesus E. Sanchez has born on March 2nd, 1952 in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico. He married to the former Fang, Ching Yun, they have 4 children. He retired in 1991 from US Air Force after 21 years. He graduated the Baptist Hospital System School of Vocational Nursing in 1992. Now he is administrator of Omni Home Health Services Inc.
