The San Antonio Chinese Professionals Association (SACPA) is a non-profit organization, formed in 1993, to enhance communication and association of the Chinese professionals in San Antonio area. This year's activities were planned and executed by the Executive Committee under the direction of its elected President, Dr. T.H. Tsiang.
As this year is coming close to an end, every member of the San Antonio Chinese Professionals Association Executive Committee feels the pressure of its up-coming grand finale - the annual convention. Under the strong leadership of its president, every member shares the common goal of completing this year's eventful activities with an extraordinarily successful annual convention.
In fact, attendance of the monthly activities/events, whether visiting companies and factories or meeting invited speakers, has steadily increased beyond anyone's expectation. The monthly newsletters not only provided useful information to local members of this association, it also helped to spread our news to places even as far as the other side of the world.
For this last annual event, we are extremely fortunate to have as many as eleven guest speakers, including several world-famous scholars and celebrities. Every participant of this year's convention will benefit from the vast experience and profound knowledge of these speakers. Furthermore, this proceeding will provide everyone with a long-lasting memory of the 1997 annual convention.
