Allen will be addressing just the most significant new provisions. He will discuss the new IRA provisions, new Education Tax Credits, changes to the Capital Gains tax, changes to the Unified Tax Credit, and a multitude of tax relief measures for businesses. This speech is designed to cover the highlights of the new law but also to give the audience concrete tax planning ideas that may help them minimize their tax liability. Allen E. Robertson, JR. Allen has a BS in Accounting from Trinity University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston. His Primary area of responsibility is serving the specialized needs of commercial business and their owners through emphasis in business, corporate, and partnership tax maters. Allen is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to coaching his children's soccer and baseball teams, Allen is Vice President for the San Antonio Area Council of Girl Scouts. Allen is married to Becky and has three children.
