Job Description
SENIOR COUNSELOR
REPORTS TO
Director and/or Assistant Director
SUPERVISES
All Staff personnell under his/her responsibility
BASIC FUNCTIONS
To aid and assist the Director and/or Assistant Directoer
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1.  Responsible for the safety and supervision of all staff and campers in his/her unit
2.  Assist Director(s) in achieving a beneficial program to all persons involved in the camp
3.  Work and plan with their Junior Counselor(s) on daily activities for their unit
4.  Carry out assigned camp duties to the best of their ability
5.  Attend complete staff orientation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.  Must be at least 17 years of age
2.  Desires to work with children 6 to 13 years of age
3.  Experience in working with children and/or daycamp program is desirable
4.  Able to explain and teach Bible related currirulum
5.  Able to delegate responsibilities to those under his/her supervision
6.  Able to carry out responsibilities delegated tohim/her
7.  Able to work harmoniously with others inside and outside the daycamp program
Honorarium is $400 per session
