| 6 May 2002 Todd Sees Big Picture By Kathryn Torpy BIG Brother series one housemate Todd James, right, took a while to adjust to seeing 12 strangers take up residence in his old house. The Melbourne actor-musician - who is this year working as a reporter for Big Brother II -- says stranger than being on the outside looking in is seeing a dynamic new group eat, sleep and play where he had done. "It's sort of like we're watching it for the first time - you get a bit of understanding about the type of show it is and why people feel like they know us," 28-year-old James says. "At first, it felt like they were intruding on our space - you get a little bit precious about the house." And his tip for the housemate most likely to last the distance? James won't be pinned down. "Nathan looks like he's going to be quite a big favourite with the crowds, but Sahra's one of the most down-to-earth people in the house, and that's what it was always about," he says. "And Peter - although he is lying sort of low. "I don't think he's ever going to give the audience a reason to vote him off." Article from Courier-Mail |
