| 24 June 2002 Jess Exits in Late Swing By Kathryn Torpy VOTES lodged at the eleventh hour led to Tweed Heads resident Jessica Hardy being booted out of the Big Brother house in a nail-biting eviction last night. It came down to the wire in a national telephone poll � which saw the leader for eviction changing several times in the 30 minutes of voting. But in the final count Hardy was booted out of the Gold Coast house � and information technology worker Peter survived. Before making her exit, Hardy said a quick goodbye to Big Brother boyfriend Marty. They had set tongues wagging throughout the series with their after-dark antics. Viewers have just one more week of the reality television show. Next Monday the winner will be announced, after being decided by phone poll. All three remaining housemates are nominated for eviction on Sunday � and one will be evicted that night.
