The Secret Life of Jemma

Daily Menu
For breakfast I have half a big tub of full-cream yogurt with nuts. Then I might eat a bowl of cereal. Mid-morning I�ll have fruit, like nectarines and cherries. Lunch is usually something like a turkey and salad rye bread roll, although today I had soup and meatloaf! For dinner I love pasta and rice with loads of vegies. Basically I eat what I feel like eating.

Food indulgence
Usually on Sunday, when I�m hung over, Red Rooster beckons. I love their chicken roll and chips. The bread has to be soggy, though, laden with mayonnaise. Then you put chips in it. You�ve got to try it!

Wardrobe Favourite
A black crepe top from Wayne Cooper. You can�t wear a bra underneath. It�s very feminine. I�ve actually been sent a few off-the-shoulder tops but I feel really self-conscious wearing them now. I might have to find something else. I think my one-shoulder days might be over!

Beauty routine
I�ve cleansed, toned and moisturised each day and night ever since I was 14. I also moisturise head-to-toe every day when I get out of the shower, with a sorbolene cream. I do get a few pimples now and then, but my problem is that I love picking at things. I think, if you can feel it there, then it�s got to go�.

Beauty secret
At night I use a Lanc�me fake tan. I don�t like putting my face in the sun, so I do that for a bit of colour.

Hair care
Once a month I straighten my curly hair. I can�t do it more than that because it�s too damaging. It was said that I had it permed for Big Brother, but what�s hysterical about that is that anyone who has curly hair hates it!

Exercise Routine

Twice a week I do weights and cardio exercises like skipping, the treadmill or stairs. I also walk once a week and am starting yoga. My lifestyle�s really hectic.
