Morrissey gets Blair to join up

Daily Telegraph

WHILE Ben and Sara-Marie have joined up with Harry M. Miller, Morrissey Management has signed up heartthrob Blair McDonough for management representation.

The signing means Blair has his sights set on trying his hand at acting.

Morrissey's other clients include Bill Hunter, Georgie Parker and Alex Dimitriades.

"After meeting with a number of Big Brother contestants, Blair struck me as the stand-out personality who has a career of longevity in the media," Morrissey said yesterday.

Meanwhile "Flash" Gordon Sloan was signed yesterday by computer game developer THQ.

THQ said the six-month product endorsement would involve a series of television and print advertisements, as well as product launches at shopping centres and wearing clothing bearing company logos.

THQ produces games such as Onimusha: Warlords for PlayStation 2, Red Faction and MX2002, all of which have proven to be hits in the US, British and Japanese markets.

Melbourne-based Gordon, an animator and architect by trade, said it was a great opportunity to hook up with one of the market leaders in the field.

"I have been addicted to gaming and game architecture for years and am psyched to be launching these exciting new titles," he said.
