| My first introduction to Egypt's grandeur and it's great Pyramids came through the boring text books I read at school. The information was itself interesting enough that I tried to know as much as possible about the pyramids. This had come to stop after I went to college. All I was left with was pieces of information, disjointed which hinted at greatness and grandeur of pyramids beyond what the standard texts spoke about. After coming to US, I had the oppurtunity to read Graham Hancock's "Fingerprints of the Gods". I was intrigued by the book.
