Yamcha is a warrior who likes to train solo. He developes most of his moves on his own, and trains to improve them. He meets Goku as a bandit, and wants to steel the dragonballs, but later befriends him and fights along side him. He has a crush on Bulma, even though at first he's scared of girls. He trains at Kame's along with Tien, Chiaotzu, Yajirobe, and Krillin, though he is the first to persih against the Saiyans and saibamen.
