This episode was ALMOST as good as episode 13. The first couple minutes recapped all the angel encounters thus-far. Later, NERV is having compatibilty tests between the pilots and Eva's. Everything checks out between Rei and unit 01. Everything is going fine with Shinji and unit 00, but all of the sudden, Rei's thoughts and being enters Shinji's mind and he goes berserk. The same thing happens that happened in the Rei flash back(episode 5) and that pretty much sums up the main events in the episode(there's a lot of little stuff, like Gendo talking to those other committee guys, if you ask me, they look like the scientists from Gundam Wing). This episode was another good one. I can't ait to pick up the next dvd to keep oing with the series. :-)
