Episode 12 started by showing what really happened at the Second Impact, which in fact DID look very horrifying. It sent shivers up my spine when I saw Adam's wings expanding into space, as well as Misato wahcthing the glowing angel from afar in her escape capsule. After wards, Aida and Suzuhara getting out of the rain, into's Shinji's place, and noticing Misato got a promotion to major. When the tenth angel attacks, it drops parts of it's body onto th earth, correcting it's accuracy and getting closer to NERV each time. When it drops it's whole body, all 3 eva's are sent out, and stop the angel with their bare hands. This episode does give you more of that scary/dramatic scene where of course you know the good guys win, but it builds up to the point where it's really shocking. Good job people, good job.
