SABSE AAGE

SABSE AAGE IS BORN
The Dawn of a new Era
After thirteen years of joys n' cries, the erstwhile ISC Batch of Loyola School, Thiruvananthapuram now explores wider horizons in camaraderie under the batch label , 'SABSE AAGE'. With a steel resolve, no less when matched against Osama(!!!) himself, the Sabse Aages have cruised through to the World Wide Web with the launch of an online news update:[www.geocities.com/sabseaage] clubbed with a buzzin e-group [[email protected]]
SABSE AAGE – speaks for itself.
Mind You! We're just begun!
Prashant returns fm Zealand
After spicing it up at New Zealand, Cindy returned to India last week. A pro at bird-watching, Cindy opined back home that birds of Indian origin still held Numero Uno status, no matter in which corner of the globe.[Chris! Did U hear that??!!!]
Aju comes home on the 27th
Aju made his homeward bound on the 27th of October. The decision was made earlier this week, when Paul declared that he would be movin to B'lore on the 28th to visit his Sister. [Aju da, 't was a close miss!]
The Sabse Aage group of Awards
After weeks of raving n' ranting, a funny Dattan has finally settled down to institute trophies at school with the balance funds of (still funnier) Reminiscence 2001. [Not one but four!!!]
1. Sabse Aage award for the best musical talent.
2. Sabse Aage award for the best writer.
3. Sabse Aage award for the best exhibit, at the Arts and Science Exhibition.
4. Sabse Aage award for the winners at the Tug of War (Loyolite vs ex-Loyolites)

How Dattan put forward the idea.
To all Kidilumz.
What I have in mind is a very simple, lucid, informal & uncensored online news update titled 'SABSE AAGE', which would carry up-to-date & accurate information on our batch. It would infact be a consolidation of the mails we receive from round the globe givin' a quick glance at the wheres, whats and hows. It could as well function as a very autonomous forum to deliberate on a scoop of common interest, to publish good literature, to share PJs, to take a dig at each other or perhaps to yell, argue, squabble and call names but 'bove all, to perpetuate our very unique solidarity & the true spirit in being Loyolites. It could sure bring us one step closer to the realization of yet another dream, which is the launch of a batch website.
Love you all.
Dattan.
Pappanabhan is all praise
Hi guys,
This is ananth.I would like to come straight into the matter. When dattan told me about SABSEAAGE and his ideas regarding the e-group,i thought, what stupidity is this guy saying. Not exagerating, guys.
Yet,like all his other ideas, this too has turned out to be just great, making us all proud of dattan just the same way as we are regarding our prestigious institution where we have shared many a great festival.Excerpts from the NOBLES newsletter.
After NOBLES (1991 Batch), and Knights (1988 Batch), here's Sabse Aage (2001
Batch). They've launched their 'batch brand' with a directory titled
'Reminiscence 2001' and created an e-mail discussion group --
[email protected]. Vishnu Dattan and friends are also thinking of
instituting a Sabse Aage series of awards at school.Ashok R Chandran (NOBLES) Speaks...
".........Dear Vishnu,
Am very happy to hear that your batch has set the ground work to stay in
touch, and is actively considering other innovative ideas. Congratulations
to all those who have taken the initiative. I am really happy."Sabse Aage" is refreshingly brilliant. I feel it would be wonderful to
include your SSLC classmates (who left in 1999) in the group. This is just a
suggestion............."
