| Hilda is trying out for the council and Sabrina gets reprimanding for using Forbidden Spell #74 and for ridding a broom without a license. She is told not to cause any more trouble or she won't get off with a warning again. When Shinji invites her to a concert she accepts, not knowing that Shinji is planning for them to use their magic to sneek in!
