Had one son, Adam. Sarah and Adam were killed in home invasion while Chris was on a Recon mission- both were shot execution style, believed to be in retaliation for previous mission (twilight mission). After his family�s death Chris went off deep end�took medical discharge/allowed to retire w/benefits Spent a year drinking, etc. Recruited (and persuaded by Buck) into FAA CAS by Travis, who was familiar with his record. Couldn�t bring himself to stay in marine�s without Chris Worked in local law enforcement for a year, meanwhile trying to keep Chris from destroying himself Travis asked him to join FAA CAS first, and he helped convince Chris Josiah Sanchez: Career: Age~45 College- Masters in psych and anthropology Seminary-finished but didn�t go through with ordination 5 years- Peace Corp and humanitarian efforts 7 years CIA Clandestine Service counter-terrorism specialist FAA CAS worked as agent behind scenes for 2 years CAS special agent in negotiations and investigations 5 years FAM team 7- 3 months Specialties- Cross-cultural communications/awareness, Foreign weapons familiarization, non-lethal control techniques Personal: Grew up overseas, parents were missionaries Rebelled against domineering father after Mother�s death, has sister in group home�pays for her care Attended seminary but chose not to be ordained, joined Peace Corps instead Spent 5 years in Peace Corps before becoming interested and joining the CIA Resigned from CIA after he lost a close partner in the field Accepted job behind scenes at FAA CAS as favor to Travis, gradually persuaded to become a Special Agent Nathan Jackson Career: Age~32 College-pre-med and pre-law Paramedic, 5 years FAA CAS 2 years Special Agent 1 year FAM team 7- 3 months Specialties- Emergency medical, Constitutional and International law, non-lethal control techniques Personal: Grew up in the south Mother died when he was young- committed suicide Strained relationship with father/felt father never made enough effort to help mother Escaped to school- worked his way through but couldn�t afford costs of further medical or law training�so became a paramedic Transferred to FAA for a change Vin Tanner Career: Age~ 30 College 4 years 6 years- US Marshals- Special Operations Group FAA CAS SA- 2 years FAM team 7- 3 months Specialties-Firearms, Close quarter techniques, foreign weapons techniques Personal: Raised in and out of Foster care (in Texas) after mother died when he was young Never knew father Left US marshals after a bad experience with his team; routine mission to take in a fugitive went bad and blame was pinned on him alone Very independent, some of teen years spent on street Joined FAA CAS after referred by former CO in Marshals JD Dunne Career: Age~ 25 College 4 years: Computer science and engineering Police officer- two years, earning detective FAA CAS SA 1 year FAM team 7- 3 months Specialties: computer and electronics, explosives detection and disarming Personal: Raised by single mother who worked as a maid for wealthy NJ family Excelled in computers and school, won scholarships After college, mother diagnosed with cancer, kept him close to home, local law Mother hospitalized when he could no longer care for her, transferred to FAA CAS for better paying job and volunteered for FAM after mother died. Ezra Standish Career: Age~30 College- 6 years, B.A. in Business and Masters in international law National Security Agency- 4 years, suspected covert dealings Transferred to FAA rather than be fired, Travis� request FAA CAS SA- 1 year FAM team 7- 3 months Specialties- Cryptology, Foreign Intelligence and language, internationl law, closed quarters tactics Personal: Raised by single mother and various relatives ..mainly in the south Lots of boarding schools and schools abroad compliments of many step-fathers Rough relationship with Maude, who wants him to have better life style, etc. Worked in NSA until �spy� scandal. Accused of selling in-field agent�s locations to third parties but was never formally charged, lack of evidence Serious abuse and rejection from co-agency workers Transferred to FAA CAS SA rather than be forced to resign or be fired Can usually be found in area casinos during spare time |
