That's For Remembrance


"Mina."

She saw that there were fingerprints on the window. They must be cleaned. She must see about it.

"Mina."

There was a sound of a sigh--not hers; someone else's. Someone else was sighing. Was the window really all right? The fingerprints seemed as though they were splitting it, as though it were broken. It was five times worse to have a broken window than one with marks on it. When windows were open, things got in. Things. Inside the house, close to her--she shuddered.

"Mina."

Finally, she turned, and Jonathan took her hand.

"Don't think of it..."
