NOTES:  Early in the Great War, TechWerks Industries engineer's designed and built the Fenris class of cruisers.  The Fenris is much heavier armed and armored than the traditional medium sized cruisers, but also much slower and less manuverable.  Fenris cruisers are used to gaurd critical installations, such as trade routes, front line bases, mining operations, etc, where firepower is key and speed is of little importance.  They're also well suited for escorting slow-moving freighters or transports.  Normal medium-cruisers are good for fast-moving operations, but when you need some muscle, call in a Fenris.
