| The MNCADCPF (Maiden Newton and Cerne Abbas Dark Craftsman Peacekeeping Force) was a small group headed by the Count O�Driscoll to whom they were all unswervingly loyal. The officers were all Dark Craftsmen except for the Colonel who was a City Gangrel. During the day only the privates are to be seen and not in uniform but at night the officers come out along with the privates onto the streets of Maiden Newton to defend against anything that might threaten the Sabbat rule of the city. | The force defended the people of Maiden Newton and Cerne Abbas, and the Sabbat Temple against the threats of the Camarilla, the Hunters, interfering police, treachery, Lupines and any other influence that may destabilise the balance of power in the city.
