Maurauder. Formerly a Son of Ether, Dr Doom abandoned his Tradition in his maniacal pursuit for power and glory. Known for his mechanical inventions and technological weapons � mostly outlandish and belonging more to a bad sci-fi B-movie � Dr Doom built up his bank of lackeys and minions until he had enough to crew his Sky Fortress � a flying technological pirate ship. This crew included Captain Klunk, a corrupted Redcap Changeling, The First M8, a Technomage, and Runtime Error, a technologically adept Malkavian. Doom�s ultimate scheme was, for whatever reason, to eliminate the gravitational pull within the city of Maiden Newton, which would apparently enable him to rule the city as a god. He never really explained how or why; maybe he doesn�t really know. His plans were however thwarted by the Alliance of Maiden Newton; ultimately it was the Brujah antitribu, Rakh, who was able to |

disable the De-Gravitating Device and therefore save the city. Knowing he was beaten (for now), Doom set his Sky Fortress on a collision course with the sun, and then teleported elsewhere, leaving the Alliance and the rest of his crew to their own damnation. The Alliance escaped, however. Doom has yet to be heard from since. |
