Sabrina Duffy Jenkins co-founded the SABA Dance Troupe in 1997 with several college students from Alabama A&M University, Oakwood College, and the University of Alabama Huntsville. As a result of the high demand for performances, Sabrina expanded her vision to not only provide entertainment, but formal dance training to aspiring performers and opened the doors to SABA School of Dance & International Performing Arts Company along with her partner Meka Jones Hubbard in October 2000.The school has been teaching dance and drumming with the SKIES program for three years, and supported by many teachers and parents.
SABA International Performing Arts Company offers a full dance and drumming curriculum designed to encourage the appreciation of diverse art cultures.
