Orion's Song

It started as something simple
A funny hat in the spaghetti line
But it morphed into more than two years
Of friendship and love
As I sit back and I remember
All the joys we shared and all the fun times
I admit there were even some tears
As we both grew

Now I'm going off to college

I think I'll go mad when I can't see your face
