Here are the pictures from October and November 2000. (There aren't a
lot of October pix from BYU because most of them were taken in Colorado.)

We put on a dinosaur skit at Maeser Elementary,
and I recruited Jaylee, Metta, and Jennie to be in it. Don't they
look cute? (The masks fell off about five minutes later.) |

Since the whole First Presidency was coming
to BYU to rededicate the Harold B. Lee Library, a few of us dedicated
students started camping out in front of the Marriott Canter so we
could get good seats. I got there at 11AM; some got there as early
as 8:30. |

With the great snows we've had recently,
some people got pretty creative. Here's a snow person with a cart. |

I had the opportunity to go with my hall
to the Hales rest home in Spanish Fork. It was really neat, and I
made friends with a woman named Jen. She had been LDS her whole life,
and it was really touching to listen to her sing along with the hymns
we played. She told me of her family and how she met her husband.
Neat! |

John Bytheway
is a famous LDS youth speaker, and I had the opportunity of attending
one of his talks. He was really good, and I had the opportunity to
meet him afterward. He was then my Book of Mormon teacher second semester. |
