Leslie and me after we got our Mary Kay makeover! What
fun! Of course, we wandered around Orem for 40 minutes before getting
there, but oh well... |

We had a fun and silly dance party later that night
- it was a riot! We had so much energy, stickers, and tons of cameras. |

We went to the gymnastics meet, and at the
end they had a contest to give away a free night in a bed abnd breakfast
to the guy that expressed his love to his wife best. This guy swept
his wife off her feet and gave her a whopper of a kiss!!! |

Yes, one of the joys of living in Colorado and Utah
is that you will have lovely weather like in the picture above and
then it will snow the next day! |

Glenn, a guy in my Spanish class, did his
food presentation. He claimed he was talking about a food called "Donas"
and made up a bogus history. Then he dressed up and called himself
"Carlos" and went to make the recipe. He said he didn't
have any harina (flour) so he would use arena (sand).
He used motor oil instead of cooking oil, and when it was time to
put the eggs in, he smashed one and it splattered all over! Then when
we were shrieking, he started chucking fake eggs at us that made us
shriek even more. |

I did it too! But the bungee cord on this side was too
short - you could never win! And when it snapped me back, I always
landewd on my head. My neck was in severe agony for days afterward. |

Amy was on the other side - that's why she did better. |
