The corresponding author is asked to check the gallery proofs. Corrections others than printer’s errors, however, should be avoided. Costs arising from such corrections will be charged.
OFFPRINTS:
For each contribution the corresponding author will receive one copy of the issue free of charge. An order form for additional offprints, additional issues or a pdf file will be provided along with the gallery proofs.o
