SUPRISE! hey we played an impromtu set at the show at the Murphy's house. Rob actually played his three songs and Unified revolution with us, before handing the stickes over to Jake. It was a very errie expeireince because we hadn't played with Rob in a long time and CCR with different drummers are entirley different bands. But it was fun, we continued the set with Jake and played Anthem for the Kids, a new crazy one, and If this is punk rock, then count me Out. Impromtu sets with no preperation = lots of fun (but energy draining enough to miss the Vida Blue).

CCR w/ The Fragments, Code Orange, + Acoustic Face @ Joe Weber's garage. Acoustic Face was awesome, Code Orange was playing their last show ever, Slave Master Fuckface (a grindcore band with Jake on drums, tony on guitar, and rob woelfl on bass, everyone screams) made their first appearence, and The fragments were tight and danceable. CCR didn't have to great of a set. It was like 100 degrees in that fucking garage and Giff couldnt move in his vinyl pants. Oh well, that's only one out of five shows thats been bad with Jake on Drums. not to shabby.

CCR @ Mike Mulligan's house (4536 N. Sheffeild in Shorewood) w/ No Direction and The Gleanors (both bands' tour kickoff) Prodisestablishmentariansim kicked it off (their second show), Last Flight Home also played. It was lots of fun, we played a really tight and emotional set, high on the energy side. I was just starting to have fun dancing to the Gleanors (punnnnkkk rock!) and Jake was jumping of the garage door and landing on our hands, when (dun-Dun-DUN!) the cops show up. The garage door opens, the hassale us, tell us no more show, WONT tell us who called in to complain, PLUS it was before the time that you have to stop being loud or whatever, so, what the FUCK!?! Right as the cop was leaving the garage to a bunch of boos and hisses, someone screams "Fuck the Police". Obviously, the cop is pissed. Although that was funny as fuck, it still could have pissed the cop off enough to get mike a ticket (bad thing). So, everyone had to file out before the gleanors finished up and No Direction even got to play. So instead we Chicken Fought on the front lawn.

2782 S. Wentworth Ave w/CCR, No Direction, Code Orange, Spital Field, Logan's Loss. Really weird vibe hanging around this show, lots of stupid bullshit drama. But overall, i had a lot of fun playing with Jake live for the first time. It was dance crazy! Well, for us, not the people watching. Thanks to Kriss for doing this at his house again, it's an awesome place for a show.

CCR w/ I Belong and The Fightbacks (tour kickoff for both bands). Sadly, this will be Rob's last show at Jamie's house in Whitefish bay. Well, Jamie's mom was pissed off at Rob, so the fightbacks got to play for about 15 minutes (which sucked because they fucking rocking) and CCR played with Rob for the last time in front of like 9 people. Still, really fun. Of course, pizza shutle party proceeded after the show.

Super Cool Benifit show EVERYONE has to come to. Benifit is for the JUSTUS LEAGUE, that is The Andrew Butler, Jason, Chris, John, etc. household. As of May 1 they are evicted from their old house, so this is a fund raising for the household. At the PUNK MAHAL (1109 S. 29th). CCR w/ The Shrubbers, Piston Hurricane and Sledom Crisis. It started @ 8:00, probablly costed $3, and was at the Punkmahall (1109 S. 29th) It was a great show. We cleared that place in a hurry, but the handfull of people who stuck around to see us said they really dug it. We primered Rob's double bass drum peddle into our sound, and were especially crazy. Gifford went crazy on the crowd while Tony ripped off part of his nail and splattered blood all of over his guitar, while Rob almost pulled his eyebrow ring out.

CCR w/ Better than Nothing, Hero of 100 Fights + 1 more. It started at 8:00, $5 @ Pipe's Skate park in Janesville. It was cool. We kinda sucked, it was the first time we played since Wade's World, so we were rusty, but it was cool. Thanks to better than nothing for the show!
