Bride walks to Chuppa

================================================================
THE BRIDE WALKS TO THE CHUPPA
<JOSHU

[To the bride] I know you're a serious woman, but this is themost, most, most serious moment in your life. You know, we allare human beings. We are running around, we never know where weare really going. But this time, do you know why you know whereyou are going? First of all, your parents are walking with you,and they are walking with you from the moment you came to theworld.
Putting people together, only G-d can do this. You know, Iwas singing, "Hoo Yivarech", He, The Only One, The One who putspeople together. Do you know how many miracles happened to yourparents until they had you? Do you know how many miracleshappened to [the groom's] parents untill they got together. Millions of miracles. And all those miracles walk with you. But above all, this is the first time you are walking withyour children. Do you know what it means to walk with yourchildren? Ah.... Can you imagine Rothchild having ten milliondollars in his hands and he's walking. Do you think he knows whatjoy is? Do you think he knows what pride is? He doesn't knowanything. Have you ever watched a mother, that's something else. You know, Sarah was one of the most beautiful women in theworld. But the Gemora says she was so broken because she didn'thave children yet, that like... spiritually speaking, her spinewas broken. Ah, when Yitschak was born, she was so proud.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
E46=[46]<W-R&Z:

Why [does] Eliyahu Hanavi com[e] to a Jewish man [at] hisBris, and to a girl at her Chuppah? Maybe I'm not right, and ifI'm wrong, stop me. But ... maybe ... the truth is ... [that]the ... greatest thing [for a woman], is to bring another littleJewish man and another little Jewish girl into the world. SoEliyahu Hanavi is waiting until the Chuppah. ... He's giving youthe strength to build a Jewish house, to be a holy Jewish motherto your children.
----------------------------------------------------------------
<abe

Reb Levi Yitschak of Berditchev -- (the Rizhiner says, if yousay the word, "Reb Levi Yitschak of Berditchev", you're mamashopening all the gates of Heaven) -- the Heilege Reb Levi YitschakBerditchever says, it never happened since Avraham Avinu that abride should walk to the Chuppah and that everybody who sees hershouldn't mamash do Tshuvah from the deepest depths of theirhearts. And Reb Levi Yitschak Berditchever says, it is because ofthe little children who walk with her. And you remember EliyahuHaNavi is coming to every Bris. And Eliyahu HaNavi says to G-d,what will I do if the people are not so holy? So G-d says,"Because of you I'll forgive them all their sins." And you know, children are so delicate when they come to thisworld, that they couldn't be a second with people who are not soholy. So at the moment when the Callah walks with all herchildren to the Chupah, it's such a privilege for all of us thatthe Yom Kippur of chatan and callah extends to all of us. At thismoment.
[To the bride] a new life begins for you. So far you were abeautiful lady, a beautiful young lady. Mamash from this minuteon, not only you become a wife, from this minute on, you become amother. You know, it's clear to every woman who has babies, and Ibless everyone with children, that when the baby is born and youlook at the baby, it's not the first time you see the baby. Youknow the baby from a long time. And that "long time" is at theChupah. I remember when you came to my Chupah. I remember howwarm your little hand felt.

... There was a time of Reb Levi Yitschak of Berditchev whenonly little children were walking behind you. But you knowsomething, there are so many holy mothers, so many ladies from thesix million who never walked to the Chupah. They are asking G-d,"Can I be part from now on in every Chupah?" So they're allholding onto you. They're all blessing you. You know what theyare blessing you with? They say, "Nebech, we gave our lives forG-d in Aushowitz. Who knows where? We never made it to the HolyLand. They say [to the bride], "Mamash, you made it to the HolyLand. Please build a little Bais HaMikdash and bring Mashiachcloser to the world.
You remember the Seer of Lublin said, `Choson and Callah havemamash G-d in their hands'. Mamash, G-d's doing anything youwant. And the Heilage Seer of Lublin said, `all it takes is onebride and one groom to bring Mashiach'. All of us are blessingyou, you should open all the gates.

[To the bride] now I'm sure you'll walk to the chupah slowly, but I bless you this walking to the chupah should give youstrength, in the middle of the night when your children arecrying, you should walk so fast. Jump! And I bless you, wheneveryour children are crying, you should remember that you walked tothe Chupah with them and you promised them, that whenever they'llcry you'll run so fast. You'll run so fast. Because right now G-dis training your feet to be the feet of a Jewish mother. Specialfeet, different feet, different feet.

OK, all my beautiful friends, everybody knows, Avraham Avinu, wrote "Aishes Chayil" (Woman of Valor), for his holy wife. Solet's all sing "Aishes Chayil" for [the bride as she walks to thechuppah].. Mamash b'simcha, and with all our heart and walkslowly to the chupah and because of your slow walking, G-d shouldhasten the coming of Mashiach. (Reb Shlomo sings "Aishes Chayil")
The bride walks to the chuppah
----------------------------------------------------------------
E50<[50]<W-R&Z pp4-5:

Do you know who is walking behind [the Jewish bride on herwalk to the chuppah]? All [her] children and grandchildren andgreat-grandchildren.

... And ... you know who's bringing them? Because childrencannot be left alone. Everybody knows that. If they can't beleft alone in this world, how much more children from anotherworld? ... Eliyahu Hanavi is walking with them. And therefore,Reb Levi Yitzhak of Berdichev said, "When the Callah walks in,every heart begins to shiver".
And ... I'm sure you know that the 6 million are walkingbehind [each Jewish bride, to guard her future descendents.] Because you know what the 6 million are asking of G-d? They cometo G-d in heaven and they say, "Ribbono Shel Olam, why didn't youtake care of your children? Why did you let them die in gaschambers?" The Ribbono shel Olam doesn't answer, because untilthe Mashiach is coming, there will be no answer. But the Ribbonoshel Olam said, "If you care so much for Jewish children, I'll letyou be the guardian angel, to guard Jewish children." So Eliyahuand the 6 million, they're coming with your children.
As your [future] children [walk behind you they] shouldbring for you all the blessings from heaven, all the holiness fromheaven, sweetness from heaven, the joy from heaven. And becauseyour children will know that the Mashiach is coming, they shouldwhisper in your ear, "Don't give up, don't give up. It'll besoon, even sooner". And we wish you, every step you're takingnow, should be with you when you reach the day that Mashiach iscoming. You'll walk to meet the Mashiach.
----------------------------------------------------------------
E52<[52]<W-J&N p2:

This moment [when the bride walks to the chuppah] is so holy,so special. According to the Kabbalah and Kabbalistic traditionthis is the moment that you connect yourself to your children. ...Children come from a place which we can not see, which we can notconceive ever which is so holy its so special its so deep.

THE BRIDE WALKS TO THE CHUPAH: "All is in the hands of Heaven ...

Most of our lives, is free choice. Then comes a cetainmoment and we realize, the Ribbono shel Olam is leading the world. We think we have free choice, but everything is run by G-d.
Rav Tsaddok HaCohen said, on Yom Kippur G-d is not reallyforgiving us. But on Yom Kippur, G-d lifts us up to a world whereeverything is G-d, so we realize that's the way G-d wants it tobe. So right now at the end of your Yom Kippur I want you to knowthat everything that happened to you so far, is all G-d's doing. Gevaldt! What kind of a G-d we have who's taking care of us everysplit second. Gevaldt! You know the way we love our children, weare only human, we want to take care of them every split second -- and this [is only ] one billionth of the way that G-d is takingcare of us.
So right now G-d is opening for you all the gates, and G-d isgiving you a taste of how much G-d is taking care of you and howmuch G-d wants you to have everything in the world. HE wants youto be the sweetest, most glorious, sweetest couple in the world,in a million ways, every way.

Reb Levi Yitschak Berditchover says, when you walk the fourholy mothers are walking with you. How could they not? [To thebride] you are so beautiful [as-it-is-said, every Jewish bride isbeautiful], I'm sure Sarah, Rivka, Rochel, and Leah are so proudof you. And you know, your children, grandchildren, yourgreatgrandchildren until Mashiach is coming -- mamash they arewith you, all the way.

THE BRIDE WALKS TO THE CHUPPAH: "The feet know" {quote from R.Shlomo, recalled (sa), ca. 1992?}

The Talmud says, that when G-d spoke to us on Mount Sinai, atthat moment, the whole world was silent. There was no wind, youcould hear a whisper.
There is something very special when a bride goes to theChuppah. It's like that moment of G-d's revelation on Mount Sinai. Mamish, so inside. Whenever {wherever??} you go, let it be in G-d's name.
When your children wake you up in the middle of the night, you should have strength to get up like mad, that your feet shouldbe connected to G-d, not only your head.
You know, sometimes the feet are waiting for the head to tellthem, and sometimes the feet don't want to wait that long. Theyjust want to do on their own. Right now under the Chuppah, I wantyou to forget your head. Just let you feet show you the way.
It says, 'lechtech acharav bamidbar', the way we walkedbehind G-d in the desert. You think our head told us, "It'scrazy, there is no food in the desert. How can you walk in thedesert?" But our feet did not ask our head, our feet just kept onwalking.
The holiness of us Jews is, that we have holy feet. Becausethe holiest times of the year are called 'Shalosh regalim', the 3times in the year when our feet are holy again.
And you know who teaches children how to walk? A mother.Because the Jewish mother knows the holiness of feet.
And do you know what it means to be in exile? To be in exilemeans that I only move my foot when my head tells me to. To befree is: mamash, my foot has mamash no time to ask questions.
We bless you to walk in G-d's name.
And we know, we know that the 3 fathers, 4 mothers and 12tribes are walking with you. And if they are all walking, howcould Elijah the prophet not be there? So we bless you, whereveryou go, that all the holiness of the world and all the sweetness,be there. And we bless you to build a house, the sweetest, sweetest in the whole world, filled with.... mamash, like RebNachman says, Noam Elyon, sweetness from the highest place in theworld. You know, sweetness when it's low, it's also sweet, butsweetness from above, it's so sweet.

THE BRIDE WALKS TO THE CHUPPA

You know who is walking behind you? All your children andgrandchildren and great-grandchildren. You haven't seen yourchildren and grandchildren since the day you were born. You saidgoodbye to them in heaven before you were born. And they comeback, and they look at you and they say, " thank you, thank you, thank you for being such a holy Jewish girl. Thank you forfinding such a holy Chatan. Finding us a good father, a holyfather, a Jewish father, a sweet father".
And as I told you before, you know who's bringing them? Because children cannot be left alone. Everybody knows that. Ifthey can't be left alone in this world, how much more childrenfrom another world?
And then again, Eliyahu Hanavi is walking with them. Andtherefore, Reb Levi Yitzhak of Berdichev said, "When the Callahwalks in, every heart begins to shiver".
And I'm sure you know that the 6 million are walking behindyou. Because you know what the 6 million are asking of G-d? THE BRIDE WALKS TO THE CHUPPPAH

When does a woman get the strength to jump out ouf bed in themiddle of the night when a baby's crying, I'll tell you: when shestarts walking to the chluppah G-d gives her the feet of a holywoman, and when while you're in the middle of your sleep somehowyour feet jump out of bed and you run to the babies.

You know what a holy woman is like, a holy woman has holyfeet, such holy feet.

	A STORY REBBE YASHAYA, KERESTIRER

Everybody knows that the Heilige Reb Yashaya Kerestirer, even before he became a rebbe, his thing was: mamash, he and hisholy wife were starving all week just to have enough moeny to buya lot of food for Shabbos and invite a lot of guests -- and lateron, even when he became a Rebbe, his thing was to have guests forShabbos. And everybody knows {that} whoever eats his food becomeswell. Sick people would come from all over the world and theywould be invited Shabbos, by the feast of the Heilige Reb YeshayalKerestirer.
	So this is the story:

One time, nebuch, they were fasting all week, just to haveenough money to make a big feast for Shabbos. So Friday afternoonthe wife of Reb Yeshayale Kerestirer from the kitchen -- can youimagine how much holiness and love and G-d holiness she put intothe feast of Shabbos.
Suddenly the absolutely creepiest most ugly smelling lowdisgusting looking creep knocks on the door and he says, you knowI'm mamash starved, you know I haven't eaten, can you give mesomethign to eat.'
You know you've got to give him somethign to eat. To make itevery short he eats one plate of soup after the other, there's nomore soup left. He says, What's going on there, what are youholding back, what do you think I am. You know I haven't eaten awhole week, you better give me some more. She gives him a littlebit meat. He knocks off all the meat from the whole Shabbos. Hesays, what do you think, I don't need desert, only rich peopleneed desert, shleppers like me need desert also. Anyway, finallythere is nothing left in the house. Obviously she was giving itwith all her heart, she gave it with all her heart, she's human, Idon't understand how that's possible.
Sudenly he says to her, Where's your husband? She says, he isnext door learning. He says, Call him in. Now open your heartsfriends when they both came back, something happened to thatcreepy looking man, mamash he looked so holy. He said to them, hesaid to her, I bless you that whoever eats your food on Shabbosshould become whole again, physically, mentally, spiritually, divinely, on every level, and he walked out they mamas know it wasEliyahu
Hanavi.

You know how we know this story. Because the HolyKerestirer told it when she left the world and he was crying somuch. He said Do you know who my wife was? Eliyahu Hanaviblessed her.

Why can't one apple keep you alive for a thousand years. Youknow if Adam and Eve had not been driven out from paradise, youcould eat one meal and live all our lives. Is there a{essential?} time limit on an apple, is there a time limit on apiece of Challah. It is only beacause everything is fading awayso fast. But in a house which is still paradise, you can have onepiece of fish and live forever. So we want to bless you that yourfood be on the level of Chava cooking in pradise.

Do you know that our holy mothers, Sarah, Rivka, Rachel andLeah are walking with you.
When we bless our sons we says G-d should make you likeEphraim and Menashe, but when we bless our daughters we say

INSERT HEBREW MIDDLE TYPESCRIP P13

There seeems to be a secret union between the holy mothers and allJewish daughtes, they walk with them all the time. They know whatit is to be a mother. They know what it is to be a wife likenobody in the world. So make yourself very strong, open yourheart like never before in your whole life, and like never beforein any lifetime you were here before, open your gates betweenhere and paradise like never before, between here andYerushalyaim, Yerushalyaim above and Yerushalyim below.
And do you know when Sarah, Rivaka, Rachel and Leah, whenthey are walking, do you think they are walking alone? They'retaking all the children with them. All the children who are bornand who are not born yet. Have you ever seen such a holy ceremonyour Holy mothers walking with the bride and all the childrenblessed are those eyes who can see it, and blessed are those thatfeel it in their heart.

I just want to sing one soft song. I want to sing a song togreet the angels, all the holy children.

*Shalom alecihem, malachia hasharet maalachi HaShaolom....
